They listen to my preferences, find good tenants and ensure handovers and check ins and check outs go smoothly. They always keep me up to date and they will be flexible and responsive if last minute changes happen. A great working relationship. I highly recommend Lynne and the team.

Pukar from sales team attended us and he shared very good insight of the vicinity and the home out of his over 15yrs of experience in the industry. He knew most of the resident in the area as he sold many properties there infact he knew all previous owners of current home as well. It was very different experience for us as we interacted with many agencies around before ending up here. It felt like family given the comfort and advise provided. Pukar was highly engaged and positive from the outset, provided very considered and practical advice all the way through, helped manage difficult discussions and negotiations through the process and who I ultimately credit to having drove a successful sale process. He has expert knowledge of the area and a very impressive handle on his client base - which resulted in a high conversion rate of viewings to offers. There was excellent ongoing support from the wider team Alex Bartlett, (Sales Director) & Lynne Morey (Office Manager) who both enabled the successful sale.
