GooglePukar Patel has been exceptional since day 1. Very helpful, honest, and attentive to our requirements. Pukar always kept us in mind and found us a property that ticked all of our boxes. During the purchase stage, Pukar always made sure that everything was running smoothly and has been extremely flexible by granting us access to the property as and when required. And always with a smile on his face! It has been an absolute pleasure working with him and we can't thank him enough for finding us the ideal property and for all his help.

GoogleFrom start to finish I've been incredibly impressed with Lawson Rutter's Hammersmith office. I first viewed my flat with Pukar, who was very well informed and friendly throughout the showing (easily organising a second viewing before putting in an offer). Once my offer was accepted, I corresponded mostly with Alex, who was very professional, and his advice was much appreciated as a first time buyer. I'd also like to thank Lynne, who was often a point of contact when I called the office. All in all, Lawson Rutter did their utmost to ensure that my purchase went smoothly, for which I'm incredibly appreciative. They have also continued to go above and beyond after completion, making sure that I'm happy and settled in my new home.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of using Lawson Rutter to purchase our first home. Pukar showed us around the property, answering every question we had about the flat and the area. As this was our first-time buying a house, we had a lot of questions which Pukar was more than happy to answer, making us feel so much more confident in what was going on, with regular updates even when he was on holiday, over Christmas and weekends. Along our journey we also dealt with Lynne & Alex from the Hammersmith office who were also outstanding, I hope anyone else going through a house buying process (which is not always the easiest) has the pleasure of dealing with this wonderful team. GoogleIf I could give zero stars I would !!! Arranged a viewing , the next day we traveled 2 hours from Kent, was stood outside in the freezing cold with my children ( I have severe health issues) so to get out and about takes a lot of energy and pain and planning , not mention cost!!! No sign of anyone, I rang and they said all viewings were cancelled, I said we didn’t get told, apparently they sent an email , absolutely no email, or phone call, they said someone put a holding deposit down, so basically when they get the money and think they have let a flat then screw you and your efforts !!! Abhorrent customer service. He added ah well we could show it you you later lol They must be joking , absolutely useless
I am extremely sorry to read this and having looked into it it seems there was some breakdown in communication. My colleague believes he explained that he would confirm the viewing but having taken a holding deposit from someone else he never did this. Clearly there was a misunderstanding and you made a wasted journey for which I can only apologise and so we need to ensure we are absolutely clear in our communications. I should add that the law precludes us from keeping the property on the market once a holding deposit has been taken and it was this that meant he was unable to show you once you'd made the journey. Small consolation I'm sure but hopefully this goes some way to explaining events.

GoogleI bought my flat with the help Pukar and the team. The sale was complicated by trying to get a mortgage during lockdown as well as dealing with the seller who was a repossession company. Couldn't get more stressful if one tried. However Pukar was fantastic at updating me and calmly ensuring the seller was kept happy. I could not rate this Pukar and his team highly enough and thank him for his patience and professionalism. We are very happy in our new home.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI purchased a buy-to-let property marketed by Lawson Rutter in 2017, the sales manager Pukar Patel was very honest, transparent and cooperative throughout the process. I asked Lawson Rutter to let and manage the property for me. I could not be happier. Loren Bradshaw, Lynne Morey, Sylva Hanzlickova, Kimberly Mason and all other team members that worked with me are always responsive and efficient. They took good care of the property. The contractor they use does a high standard job at a reasonable price. I can not be happier with my choice.

I got the feeling like she genuinely cares about my interests as well as the business interest. It's not often you come across the traditional caring ways that great and respectful business is done. GoogleAs buyers, we were on the receiving end of the sale experience handled by Lawson Rutter. The sale was relatively straightforward, though when we experienced a delay in getting contracts signed (from our end, due to a hold up in our chain), the handling agent Pukar Patel was readily on hand to help smooth the way and keep everyone onside and calm. Communication was good throughout and Pukar was also ever ready to help facilitate with various requests we had for property access. A very good experience all round.

GoogleWe have now purchased a house from Lawson Rutter and also sold one with them, both times dealing with Pukar Patel. Pukar is extremely knowledgeable of the area, and has a large number of good contacts. In fact the property that he sold for us was on the market with another agent for four months, and he then sold it within two weeks of us moving the property across to them. We would highly recommend Lawson Rutter, and Pukar in particular.
