GoogleIt was a pleasure to deal with Lawson Rutter and in particular Pukar who was efficient, knowledgeable and was able to manage expectations throughout the process. Having spoken to multiple agents, I can confidently say by far he was the best and made a tangible difference in the process. We highly recommended him and Lawson Rutter.

GoogleI dealt with Pukar (Hammersmith branch) and Darren (West Kensington branch) and both have been truly fantastic. I have been looking for a property for a couple of years now and Pukar has been excellent (and very patient) at listening to what I would like and showing me properties that match that description. I have now happily found a flat and am completing next week - we got there in the end! I dealt with Darren in relation to the purchase as the property was in West Kensington and he has been super responsive and helpful at allowing me to have additional viewings, liaising with the sellers and ensuring the sale goes smoothly. Both Pukar and Darren have been honest, professional, helpful and very friendly though out the process and I have been more than happy with the service they have provided. I have had a great experience using Lawson Rutter, and Pukar and Darren specifically, and would definitely use them again in the future! Keep up the great work guys!!

GoogleGreat service from Lawson Rutter. Circumstances meant that the sale of our house was quite tricky but Alex and Pukar were more than helpful - really going above and beyond. Alex guided us to a good price and both Alex and Pukar were very proactive throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Lawson Rutter.

GoogleWe got our first home with Lawson Fulham palace road branch. Pukar from sales team attended us and he shared very good insight of the vicinity and the home out of his over 15yrs of experience in the industry. He knew most of the resident in the area as he sold many properties there infact he knew all previous owners of current home as well. It was very different experience for us as we interacted with many agencies around before ending up here. It felt like family given the comfort and advise provided. He was also very prompt in responses Highly recommend. Thanks to whole team Lynn and Alex for smooth transition

We needed to gain access to the property a few times during the buying process for various surveyors and architects visits, which he helped us do. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the history of the house, and never pushy which is key!! The process was made easier thanks to Lawson Rutter.

GoogleWe live in Australia .We listed our flat in Hammersmith through Pukar Patel. We got offer in few weeks. Due to legal issues it took sometime for completion but Pukar looked after all through. Pukar was in regular contact with us, solicitors and the buyer to get things done. GoogleLawson Rutter team is extremely excellent team with biggest support, they are here to help at all times with a great problem solving skills and solutions, managing tuff problems, to be honest i didn't expect even 10%( from my previous experience from other real estate agency ) of what they did for me plus i was a buyer, any problem with the seller and the property they will handle in a shorter period. Only way to see that is through what I'm seeing is to visit them for any problem, opinion and to see there brilliant solution. The team is perfectly organised and very friendly, they know the market very well. I strongly recommend this Team if you whant to have smoothly and quick results.

GoogleWas presented with an offer for a property. Agreed a price and terms. Waited for the documentation which was never received, only to be told there was a higher offer on the table days later after not receiving the documentation to progress the deal. The reasons given were essentially lies. Left me feeling deceived and with a bad taste in my mouth. I understand that these things happen, but not in this manner. I’m very sorry to read your review and can only sympathise with the frustration you must feel. For the record, and having looked into this, it may well be we could have explained the course of events better but you certainly weren’t lied to. Unfortunately, when 2 people want to buy the same property it is inevitable that one of them will be unsuccessful. It’s important to stress that , by law, we have no choice as agents but to present any and all offers (whenever they be made) to the owners and it is then for them to make the decision as to who they want to sell to. It may seem unfair but with a far from perfect system within which we all have to operate, these outcomes are unavoidable on occasion.
