GoogleClassic unresponsive property management behavior. Utterly useless to have them. Because the likes of these guys, UK has to pass some new regulations. They take pride in not giving people's deposits back and at the same time dont give a potato about any maintenance issues during tenency.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We have no record of you ever being a tenant of any of our properties but if this incorrect please let me know. For the record, all tenants' deposits are protected under The Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme introduced in 2007. If there is a dispute between a landlord and tenant as to whether any deductions are justified then the matter maybe referred to an independent government backed scheme who will then make an impartial assessment. Prior to that we merely act as agents and are required to follow clients' instructions whether we agree or not. We almost exclusively use Tenancy Deposit Scheme and your deposit (if you were indeed a tenant that we dealt with) will be safely secured with them until the outcome of any dispute is settled.

GoogleMy husband and I recently purchased a property in Fulham through Lawson Rutter. We had a very positive experience from beginning to end and would happily recommend the firm. Our main point of contact, Pukar, had always been on the ball answering all our queries in a timely manner, he was very flexible when we required access to the flat (prior to exchange) for tradesmen to take their measurements and kept us in the loop with the transaction's progress. Overall, we had been very pleased!

GoogleI recently bought a flat from them. I was told so many fabricated stories about who lived upstairs and what the situation was of the seller. Although the process of the purchase was ok and they were responsive; on day of completion I had a shock to find the flat wasn’t in the condition I had imagined (not their fault), as a point of contact I went back to them, all of the facts they had told me about the building unravelled and were not true at all. They were helpful with sorting out keys and getting the situation under control however would I still have purchased with the whole truth? When spending such massive sums I don’t know another business whereby you wouldn’t tell the truth.

GoogleI recently sold my home through Lawson Rutter on Fulham Palace Road and couldn't have been more happy with the service. Having worked in the property industry for the past 20+ years I know a good agent when I see one. The Sales Manager Pukar Patel in particular has considerable knowledge of the area and had actually sold my place a couple of time before! Despite it being a difficult market we had very good viewing levels and they were able to find a buyer much quicker and at a better price than I had originally thought possible. Would thoroughly recommend anyone looking for an agent in the area to use these chaps.

Lawson Rutter stood out in their helpfulness and in particular their agent, Pukar, went out of his way to take the time to get to know us and our specific needs. Pukar used his many years of detailed knowledge of the area and in depth contacts to find us our perfect property. We found Pukar to be patient, personable and professional throughout the process and would recommend him without hesitation. Thank you!

GoogleWe used Lawson Rutter for the sale of our flat, they were extremely good at managing the whole process with regular updates and charged a fair commission. I valued their honesty and local knowledge, we had other estate agents wildly over value our property and waste our time with promises that were never achievable. Lawson Rutter clearly understand the local market, its nuances and how to sell properties in this area.

GoogleMr. Pukar Patel showed me this house which I really like, he quickly got my offer accepted by the seller. He has been very efficiently liaising with the 2 solicitors during the conveyancing process which lead to a successful and swift completion. Highly recommend this estate agent and Mr. Patel.
