GoogleBought our first house (yay!) where Pukar from Lawson Rutter worked on the seller's side. While technically he was on the other side of the deal his involvement significantly helped in deal progress. He set up efficient communication between solicitors on both sides/our mortgage advisor/buyer(us)/seller on all stages - so we achieved completion in just 2 months after offer.

GoogleWe could not have had a better experience. Our agent (Pukar Patel) was extremely knowledgeable about the purchase process, and guided us through it with great care and skill. We particularly appreciated his honesty in communicating the realities of our budget, as well as our level of interest in the property, to the sellers very promptly. We would highly recommend him and Lawson Rutter to anyone in need of an estate agent.

GoogleLawson Rutter (Pukar) helped me buy my house with ease. The team were great at moving things forward without being pushy, open/honest and helpful throughout. Having had a property fall through previously in Fulham and dealing with some pushy yet also unhelpful agents, buying my first home through the LR team was a much easier and less nerve wracking experience. Thanks team!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI have a property under their agency and I had a few problems at first in the property, which is fine But when I needed them to help me it took so much time for a response and it took sometime up to a month for the problem to be resolved...

GoogleLawson Rutter recently sold a property on my behalf as well as recommending a solicitor to deal with the legals. The whole process could not have gone smoother with both Pukar Patel and Alex Bartlett being ever available to update me on progress and resolve any queries I might have. Extremely professional!
