If I could give zero stars I would !!! Arranged a viewing , the next day we traveled 2 hours from Kent, was stood outside in the freezing cold with my children ( I have severe health issues) so to get out and about takes a lot of energy and pain and planning , not mention cost!!! No sign of anyone, I rang and they said all viewings were cancelled, I said we didn’t get told, apparently they sent an email , absolutely no email, or phone call, they said someone put a holding deposit down, so basically when they get the money and think they have let a flat then screw you and your efforts !!! Abhorrent customer service. He added ah well we could show it you you later lol They must be joking , absolutely useless

I am extremely sorry to read this and having looked into it it seems there was some breakdown in communication. My colleague believes he explained that he would confirm the viewing but having taken a holding deposit from someone else he never did this. Clearly there was a misunderstanding and you made a wasted journey for which I can only apologise and so we need to ensure we are absolutely clear in our communications. I should add that the law precludes us from keeping the property on the market once a holding deposit has been taken and it was this that meant he was unable to show you once you'd made the journey. Small consolation I'm sure but hopefully this goes some way to explaining events.

Mr. Pukar Patel showed me this house which I really like, he quickly got my offer accepted by the seller. He has been very efficiently liaising with the 2 solicitors during the conveyancing process which lead to a successful and swift completion. Highly recommend this estate agent and Mr. Patel.

Bought and sold our house through Lawson Rutter Hammersmith. Pukar did both. Pukar is very good. The bottom line is he and Lawson Rutter for a long time have far outstripped any other agent when it comes to volume of sales in our area. As a result they know every house (certainly in the crabtrees) all the quirks and critically the right price for what the market will/should pay. They are both tencious and good to deal with - the right qaulities. Would highly recommend him and the LR team.

I am so pleased I used Lawson Rutter to sell my property. I was a bit jittery about selling during such turbulent economic times, but I was reassured by Pukar's professionalism, great knowledge of the area and confidence that he would be able to sell the flat. Critically, he was open about what the right price should be for the current market. Completion of the sales brochure and marketing was to a very high standard and Lynne, the office manager was very approachable and friendly in dealing with any queries I had. Within the first week of being on the market, I received two offers! This surpassed all my expectations and is testament to Pukar's sales ability, commitment and drive. Throughout the process to completion, Alex kept me well informed, and was very proactive in chasing progress on both sides. When tricky queries came up, he provided valuable advice and reassurance. For me, their knowledge of the area combined with their understanding of a client's needs makes LR stand out. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would happily recommend their services.

He was very professional throughout the process and kept a fair viewpoint on many occasions with helped both parties achieve the desired outcome. Great service from Lawson Rutter. Circumstances meant that the sale of our house was quite tricky but Alex and Pukar were more than helpful - really going above and beyond.
