GoogleLawson Rutter have managed our property for over 14 years. We, as landlords, as well as our tenants, are so happy with the level of service. They are very responsive and have a great team of affordable repair, handymen etc to help with any issues that arrive. Always friendly and polite, I highly recommend!

Lisa was very helpful as she explained various stages of the signing process to those of us for whom it was the first time. Tiffany and Loren were both flawless with their response times to our queries, and for any issues we had at the property there was usually a maintenance man there the next day convenient to us. GoogleLawson Rutter were great Estate Agents. Right from our first viewing, they were responsive, attentive and never made us feel pressured in the way other agencies can. Throughout the offer process, they kept in constant communication and gave us helpful feedback on how to improve for landlords. As we approached the move in period, they were patient and quickly responded to all our questions regarding the tenancy agreement and property. Would recommend to anyone looking to let in the Hammersmith area!

GoogleI bought my flat from Lawson Rutter in 2005 and sold it with them this year. They know the local market and only showed the flat to serious buyers. As a result I had near asking price offers and achieved the asking price in about 2 weeks. Good communication with my solicitors and me as well as solid advice along the way. GoogleThey managed the property we were living (renting) in for 2 years. It was by far the easiest renting experience I've had! Responsive and willing to actively help where needed, kept things running smoothly throughout the tenancy. I would highly recommend renting with them if you can!

They were quite responsive and understanding throughout the tenancy, and we also tried to do our best to make their job easier.
