I was looking for a flat to rent and wanted to set up viewings through their website - there is such a possibility, which is nice. What is less nice is that it doesn't work at all, I didn't get any response for a few viewings, only after a few days I was contacted with totally different flat. I visited the office and the lady there was nice, we arranged a viewing but later she cancelled it, so overally my experience was not positive at all.

Charlie at Lawson Rutter was fantastic when my girlfriend and I were looking for a rental in December. He really went above and beyond, organising last minute viewings and even staying back late to help process our application sooner so that we could be in our flat in time for Christmas. Was involved in a purchase that fell through over the summer. Luckily we did not waste any fund in the process but I feel that Lawson Rutter did not do proper checks on the vendor. The vendor withdrew within 2 weeks of the transaction being agreed but we were told more than 5 weeks later after a number of chasers. So we could have easily lost survey fees/other fees if we had not been careful. We also wasted a lot of time, and missed on other properties. Please do your checks on vendors. Otherwise Pukar Patel was good at telling us that other buyers had put offers on the house (in the first phase of the process), approachable and quick to respond to emails (although not always with concrete updates). All in all, 3 stars.

Pukar and Sean worked on the sale of my flat in Fulham, both worked tirelessly to secure a buyer which was not an easy task due to some invasive weed near the house. They were open and honest throughout and never gave me any feeling of pressure to accept something I didn't wish to. As a seller based overseas they also helped willingly with some aspects outside their obligations to make life easier for me. Highly recommend this company over the competition.

Me and my friends were renting an apartment in Fulham and Lawson and Rutter were the letting agency that dealt with the property. I was only there for a year but the whole experience was the worst experience of my life. Everything went wrong with that flat while we were there- the dishwasher broke, the washing machine etc, and no one ever wanted to help us. They talked to us like we were idiots and Loren in particular was the rudest woman I have ever come across in my life. So unprofessional and it is only now that I am in a new property and dealing with a new agent that I saw how bad it really was. My new agent couldn’t do enough for me, and if there is ever an issue, someone is there to fix it immediately. Loren would have a go at us as if it was US that were breaking these appliances on purpose. What ever you do DO NOT rent any properties through this agent.
