We were looking for properties to rent in the Wimbledon area and got in touch with Georgina as we were interested in one of the properties shown in rightmove. Georgina was great. She was kind with our children and very empathetic and diligent with our requirement. She looked multiple properties that fitted the bill and was kind to take us see them. She was happy to point out the positives and negatives of each property and was always smiling and with the right attitude. Great job!

A very disappointing experience! After an hour's journey in London's traffic we were left waiting in front of the property and only when we called we were told that the viewing had been cancelled. 2 hours of our time wasted, bad organisation and negligence.

A very good experience selling with Lauristons, Wimbledon. Myah Tomlin, the agent, has been great at keeping me updated with the progress of the sale and has made sure that the solicitors are on track (which hasn't been easy!). If I were looking to sell again i'd definitely be giving Myah a call. Thanks for your effort !

I rented a flat through Lauristons a few years ago. When I came to leave the property I gave my 2 months notice and in the final month of my tenancy I was at work one day, came home at the end of the day to find the entire flat basically flattened as if a wrecking ball had been taken to it - with my possessions inside. It turned out the landlords came in and started renovations without permission. Unfortunately Lauristons took the side of the landlord, continuing to work with them and I was never compensated. Although a few years ago its one of those traumatic events that you move on from but never forget and you only hope justice is done one day. I would therefore not recommend Lauristons, question their morals and will continue to tell friends and family to avoid

such a good and professional agency unfortunately today i was with a certin alexandra ford on the phone , she was very improfessional and desrepectfull to me raising her voice on the phone she did not let me talk untill she finished she hung up on me and this was all about discussing my move out from the property and the check out fees

Polly has been a truly fantastic estate agent. She has been extremely efficient and effective and has also gone above and beyond her role in helping us navigate what is otherwise a daunting process. We recently used James to assist us in our search for a property in the Wimbledon area. Whilst in the end, the property we purchased wasn’t via James, I wanted to write a review to say how impressed I was with his service throughout our search. He consistently displayed all the qualities you’d want from an agent - he was friendly, listened carefully to our requirements, gave us breathing space to make decisions and was never pushy. I’d highly recommend James anyone looking to buy or sell in the Wimbledon area.

I can not fault our experience with this company. Our agent, Georgina, has been so friendly, accommodating and answered every question (no matter how silly). I would recommend this company to anyone. The bonus of having the financial adviser, Adam, has lifted such a weight off my shoulders. Such a good experience at such a stressful time. Georgina has made the whole process smooth and communication was very clear from that start.

The market was tricky but the Lauristons sales team at Wimbledon were patient, well informed and supportive. Last minute help at the flat was never too much trouble and I always felt comfortable calling for updates, which is important. Overall I would recommend without hesitation.

We sold our flat through Lauristons in February 2019. We initially met with Michael and were immediately put at ease with the process. We received excellent, sensible advice and all questions were answered thoughtfully and straight away. James was our main contact with the sale and was amazing throughout. He helped us at every stage and was always contactable and on hand when we needed him - which at times was several times a day. The team were great at using their marketing list to get viewers through the door immediately and the marketing pictures were absolutely beautiful. James was always reliable and professional on viewings and we got a good few offers in the first week or two, one of which we accepted. I would recommend Lauristons to anyone looking for excellent customer service and the best chance of a decent sale price in this unpredictable market.
