I recently completed a purchase of a property in SW19 through Lauristons and Amir Malekzadeh was a great help from start to finish. He was very kind and accommodating during the initial viewings and proceeded to be extremely helpful during the whole process up until exchange and completion, replying to emails very quickly, calling from time to time to update me on the situation and responding to any questions I had. He also made sure to follow up on various matters between solicitors to speed up the process. I would highly recommend this Estate Agency and Amir!

Initially were great at sorting the move-in process. However, failed to respond to multiple reports of a rat infestation that worsened with time, was then informed 'rats were to be expected in london' following months of inaction from either the landlord, Manu or the lettings manager. Coming back to a rat-infested house is absolutely disgusting, as well as having to personally pick up dead rats from the traps because of a lack of action from Manu Bedinanze - who was incompetent, abrupt and generic in his replies to emails. It was only when the lettings manager got involved that anything definitive was sorted. I would encourage anyone considering letting to avoid Lauristons due to their overall incompetence. You would be better off choosing another agency to safeguard your tenancy, one with more competent staff and with better training is customer service (i.e not shouting to a customer/talking over them down the phone). I wouldn't use their services again and would encourage any other individuals to not use their service. There are other alternatives which aren't going to cost you your livelihood or wellbeing.

Lauristons has been most helpful in the purchase of my flat and I highly recommend their service. Polly was very responsive and supportive throughout the process to get the transaction over the line. After agreeing to the contract, the process to completion was also handled very efficiently, with regular follow ups with relevant parties and progress updates to keep me in the loop, which was very reassuring. Chuk Agudosi at Lauristons was simply outstanding in getting our sale through. Right from the outset he showed initiative, energy, good humour and professionalism. Ours was a particularly tricky sale for a number of reasons, which needed attention to detail and delicate negotiations. Chuk remained on the front foot at all times. Right at the outset he made sure that our buyer's solicitors were fully informed of all the complexities of the sale and that they understood and agreed to what was necessary. Chuk's style is direct, courteous, good-humoured and no-nonsense and he remained up-beat in the face of all obstacles. It is very rare in my experience to come across an estate agent who never needs to be chased up but always takes the initiative in keeping the transaction and communication moving forward as Chuk does, without needing reminders. We had confidence that Chuk would get our transaction through to completion, as indeed he did, where several other agents before him had failed. I have already recommended Chuk and Lauristons enthusiastically to others.

My standards are extremely high and so are my expectations. I set my mind on selling my flat with a clear budget in mind. The only agent that was able to reassure me on it was, withouth any doubt ,Lauristons headed by a strong manager, Mr. Agudosi. Chuck Agudosi is by far the ultimate manager profile figure. Impeccable manners, attention to details, with a relaxed approach to business and yet extremely efficient. He understand the client's need, he has a realistic understanding of the market, and the sales process was a great success. He managed to achieved the end result within time, budget and expectations. I'd been actively looking for a house for over 18 months, so have some experience of the various agents, and their varying levels of commitment, knowledge and integrity. There is no doubt in my mind that Lauristons are a cut above the rest. I've just exchanged contracts through them, and was particularly impressed by the agent, Mike. He made no secret of the fact that he was primarily working for his seller, but with us he was helpful, thorough, honest, and supportive throughout the process, and this enabled both parties to agree a sale. As a nervous first time buyer, buying from a seller who'd not moved in decades, on a difficult house, there were many opportunities for the sale to fall through. However Mike worked tirelessly with both parties to make it work. When I eventually come to sell, I will be back to Lauristons.

I have been a landlord for the past 5 years but this is the first year that I have used Lauristons to help me find suitable tenants for my 2 bedroom flat in Wimbledon. It has been an extremely positive experience and I have found all the team members at the Wimbledon branch especially David Barker and his colleague Georgiana Bullion extraordinarily helpful, positive and professional. They responded far quicker than any other Letting Agent to my initial request, had viewings booked in double quick time and in the end presented me with 2 couples that I personally found very hard to choose from. I bought my Wimbledon flat in 2014 and was so impressed with the team at Lauristons that I always promised I would come back to them if I sold In the middle of July of this year I made the difficult decision to sell. If you've loved somewhere it's never easy to sell and many agents don't appreciate the very personal aspects to buying and selling property From the moment I contacted Chuk, James and the team I felt I was understood and that they actually cared about my situation I had a fixed date I wanted to complete on. We were really impressed with Lauristons when we first purchased the flat and are even more so now that we have sold through yourselves. With lots of online estate agents in the market we didn't take the decision to sell with a traditional estate agent lightly. Absolutely brilliant. The letting agent was fantastic! Honest and great service. Lauristons ensured that we as prospective tenants and the landlords both came out benefiting from the arrangement. Renting in London is expensive, and you are not able to rent without admin fees etc, however for the first time I can confirm that the fees paid to this agent were fair and money well spent. A seperate thank you to Claire - thank you for being awesome and finding us a place that we wanted. Would highly recommend!!
