GoogleI chose Lauristons estate agents in Wimbledon to value our property for sale because of their good reviews, I decided to sign with them after meeting our agent Andy (Andrew Fildes). Andy was really friendly, knowledgable and as honest as he could be in relation to how he would work to sell our property. He even told us about hidden costs that other agents forgot to highlight in their sales pitch. Everything went at our pace and there was great communication between us during the whole process. Even went things went a bit wrong, (on our side) Andy was always available to talk, he always put things right and always put our needs above everything else. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Lauristons again and I would recommend to others also, especially Andy. 5 stars for him!!

She has made every effort to work around our busy schedules and was extremely prompt in getting back to us with updates and answers to our queries. The process of purchasing a property can be quite complex and daunting at times and it really helps having a dedicated professional like Myah by your side. Can't recommend her highly enough - we had a wonderful experience working with her.

GoogleLauristons have been a pleasure to work with during the sale of our house. As buyers and sellers I am certain that we feel slightly sceptic when dealing with agents. Our choice of dealing with Lauristons started when we wished a value on our house over a year ago - Michael B dutifully completed this and then understood we weren't looking to sell and said 'no troubles, you get in contact when you are ready'.....well the sceptic in me was certainly there. To my hope he did fulfill - HE DIDN'T RING!! It was that aspect that made me value his approach, during the sale he has remained that man of his word and this is reflected in the wider team. Myah was the successful colleague that secured us an interested buyer (which has recently exchanged - in 8 weeks!!) and she has continued that professionalism (I word that I sparingly use, but confidently utilise here) with enough updates to make us informed and with enough grace to create space for us to follow up with questions. We bought the property off Lauristons in 2008 and found the experience 'as expected'/'good', appreciate that we are at the selling side this time, but Lauristons have proven great, strongly recommend. Like all had invited another agent to view, after we had informed them that we had made our final decision and that we would not change this other company continued to ring and, frankly pester. After this I had the confidence to know we went with the right choice! Michael, Myah and Lauristons thank you! Would most certainly recommend. R&E C. Addedendum on 7 December: Following the sale proceeds Myah kept up the little tasks that others could forget and forwarded a couple of pieces of mail along! In addition, wouldn't normally put a combined company review in one, but other agent was Brinkley's - they seem to have not considered my feedback review on their website and as you can see on their reviews have now either removed all reviews or started a new account. Interesting how they operate (were landlords through them for a while), compared to our excellent experience with Lauristons!

GoogleLauristons in Wimbledon provided a brilliant service during the sale of our house at a very difficult time. We moved house during a very uncertain period and Lauristons did everything they could to ensure things ran smoothly. I know they worked as a team as we dealt with a few people there but I wanted to give a special mention of Myah at the Wimbledon office who was exceptional with her customer care, time keeping/booking and just keeping on top of things in general. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lauristons estate agents (especially Myah) to friends and family if they need an agent in the future. Thank you very much Lauristons!! 😀

GoogleWithout the continued advice and support from Lauristons during our property sale it would have been 1000x more stressful - without a doubt. Where solicitors went quiet or kept us in the dark, Myah was the first to check in and keep us updated on where we were in the process which was extremely reassuring. Myah, Michael and Darren were superb and I felt we received a service above and beyond what we had received from estate agents.

GoogleThe house was not professional cleaned when we come in. While we were rented a lot of disrepairs appeared. After long time struggling with the Landlord and after notifying him that if nothing was repaired in 28 days, the Merton Council would intervine in the reparation process, Manu Bedinadze (property manager) achieved all was repaired by the Landlord. Event though, When we left the house, the mice problems were not solved yet. Besides, before we leave I asked them if my cleaner could do the final cleaning and I was told that they would do everything for me. Once I was already in my country, they told me that the new tenants would not move in unless a professional cleaning was done. So I had to pay for extra charges as my cleaner had to rent machines as she had to do it without any time to prepare all she needs. We had a bad experience, even though Georgina and Manu treated us very well, but they were not as resolutive as expected.

Polly was very responsive and supportive throughout the process to get the transaction over the line. After agreeing to the contract, the process to completion was also handled very efficiently, with regular follow ups with relevant parties and progress updates to keep me in the loop, which was very reassuring. Thanks again Polly and the rest of the Lauristons team for helping to take the stress out of the process so I could focus on enjoying my new home.
