GoogleJames Wheatley at Lauristons was great to work with, very professional throughout and proactive in chasing solicitors so that we could meet the tight timelines of our move. In all a great experience, unlike many estate agents that we have worked with and we wouldn't hesitate in using James again for other sales.

GoogleGreat agency, I found them to be the right balance between a large enough agency, able to drive in a lot of viewings and ensure a good offer, and a small enough agency with a local feel, that treated us with deference and promptitude, not like just another number on their stats. We had several buy/sell transactions with them, Chuk Agudosi our sales manager was fantastic, offered very helpful and realistic advice, very prompt responses and went beyond his duties to help us with various queries we had. We fully recommend them.

GoogleI'd been actively looking for a house for over 18 months, so have some experience of the various agents, and their varying levels of commitment, knowledge and integrity. There is no doubt in my mind that Lauristons are a cut above the rest. I've just exchanged contracts through them, and was particularly impressed by the agent, Mike. He made no secret of the fact that he was primarily working for his seller, but with us he was helpful, thorough, honest, and supportive throughout the process, and this enabled both parties to agree a sale. As a nervous first time buyer, buying from a seller who'd not moved in decades, on a difficult house, there were many opportunities for the sale to fall through. However Mike worked tirelessly with both parties to make it work. When I eventually come to sell, I will be back to Lauristons.

GoogleHave a pleasant experience dealing with Lauristons, especially Ryan. He is very helpful and always makes sure all of our questions are addressed in a timely manner. It takes a while for the contract to be ready though and on that end the service can be improved.
