GoogleReally rubbish service never call me back all the properties available on website but when you call them they said under offer LIAR

FacebookWorst property management company ever to have existed. I live in an apartment block managed by LSH and over 3 months ago reported an issue with our security door which was being accessed by non residents. This has caused a lot of anti social behaviour and I no longer feel safe in my own apartment. When I was unsatisfied with the lack of response I asked for the company's official complaints procedure. I was told to forward my initial complaint to Paul Boothman who is the manager. Two weeks later I still have not had any kind of response to my complaint. I actually had to email him again to see if he had at least received my complaint. I then got the lacklustre response of 'I will respond at some point next week'. Totally unsatisfied with the company. They are quick to send threatening letters if I don't pay the service charge yet they are happy to put people and there homes at risk for months and months on end. Looking to get some legal advice as I am sure they can not get away with ignoring the issues the way they have.

dealing with these estate agents was in one word DIFFICULT! They changed the viewing, double booked the viewing they did make for me, and tried to change me AGAIN and then when I applied for the property they were pretty much inaccessible by phone, they just didnt bother to return the messages left. Ultimately i gave up trying to get the property and rented from a different estate agent. I found them extremely slow, not forthcoming, and would not recommend the service they provide for either renters, or landlords
