GoogleWell all I can say about this company is that they are not professional, need to go back to school and learn how to communicate with customers, and possibly do a computer course of a basic nature.
They are very interested in what exactly it is you are going to sell I was enquiring about a kiosk, on the ground floor CRIONA COLLINS, OMG really how you have permission to deal with letting at Victoria Square is beyond me doesn’t answer phone calls at all, doesn’t really respond to my enquiries, only one response out off five emails, and when she did eventually replied her grammar was absolutely ridiculous couldn’t even spell properly.
I think that they are a way above their station and could come down a bit, in my experience and my opinion is they are looking for the likes of Emirates airline or ETIHAD airways to open up, and I guess that they would be licking their lolly pop.
Actually one star is very kind, because if there was an option for zero stars then I would definitely award it to lambert smith Hampton for their performance in real estate.

FacebookSince 23rd Dec there’s been batteries needing replacing in the boiler room under my property, I have called 5 times and still nothin has been done. For over 5 weeks every 30 seconds it beeps! 5 weeks!!!! What an absolute joke of a company, this is this one of many many things that they don’t bother fixing. Paying this company to basically ignore everything they should be doing, 10000% do not reccomend

FacebookPlease think long and hard before appointing LSH as a management company, we have had serious damage caused to our block of flats after a car drove into it and LSH after years of chasing up, emails and phone calls still haven’t done anything about it, but we all still get charged over £3,000 Pa for service charge,the block in front of our is exactly the same building and they pay under £1,000 Pa and its in better condition, don’t use LSH I can’t actually believe they get away with what they do.
Happy to provide pictures of damage of works needed doing that just not being done.

LSH have been dealing with my claim for compensation for the closing of my business because of Hs2 acquiring the land my business is leasing . My experience dealing with LSH , They will do anything to reduce fair compensation, Lie,Deceive, false promises , If you are reading this review and you are dealing with Hs2 and LSH are your contact for Hs2 Do your utmost to get them removed from anything to do with your claim against Hs2 , I am sure in the future there will be a public inquiry into Companies like LSH & Hs2 for the way they are treating people affected by Hs2

FacebookTerrible in every sense of the word. The residents of our building are currently seeking legal advice to be rid of LSH as their incompetency has become too much. They are paid an extortionate amount of money to maintain residential buildings, which they do not do and seem to have very little interest in. They have left residents in unsafe situations and do not care. Avoid at all costs!!

Yelldifficult
dealing with these estate agents was in one word DIFFICULT! They changed the viewing, double booked the viewing they did make for me, and tried to change me AGAIN and then when I applied for the property they were pretty much inaccessible by phone, they just didnt bother to return the messages left. Ultimately i gave up trying to get the property and rented from a different estate agent. I found them extremely slow, not forthcoming, and would not recommend the service they provide for either renters, or landlords

FacebookLSH are utterly awful - and have given no care for the safety of residents in my block.
At one point we had a broken front door for 3 weeks and bins constantly blocking another fire exit - leaving only 1 left.
Wholly incompetent and almost NEVER reply to emails without resending 5 times....
A dreadful company who MASSIVELY overcharge and don't care at all about their customers.
