GoogleEverything was extremely slow and unreasonably expensive. My sale was one of the most difficult I’ve experienced due to repeated delays on Lambert’s side. The entire process was very frustrating and poorly managed. After this experience, I will never buy a leasehold flat again. If the property is managed by Lambert, I would walk away immediately.
