Nicola and Chris were absolutely fantastic throughout the process. We had a complex chain and they managed the expectations of all throughout (including us) and pushed back where needed. They were fair to all parties and kept the momentum going all the way through. Also very easy to contact and available. All in all an outstanding service from Jordan Fishwick and certainly our best experience of working with an estate agent by a country mile. Had very poor dealings with this estate agent. During a sale we were regularly contacted, in an aggressive manner, for information that had already been passed on. Got the impression they didn't talk to each other or know where anything was up to. The younger members of the team were actually quite pleasant, however Guy, the manager was abrasive, rude and a bully. We suspect he had an undeclared interest. He seemed incredulous that we would want to carry out proper checks on the property (ex rental) before making the purchase. Tried dictating move dates to us and rush us into an unsafe property with a faulty boiler that was emitting high levels of carbon monoxide. They withheld previous gas safety certificates from us despite us asking to see them. Their technician then sent us historical certificates which we believe was done by mistake. Turns out they had rented the property for a long time without a gas check, which is illegal and dangerous. I believe an estate agent is supposed to facilitate a sale and make sure everything goes to plan. However they did quite the opposite. We were forced to walk away due to the way we'd been treated. They literally had one job. Would never go near Jordan Fishwick again and would advise others to do the same.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Hi Phil I’m so sorry to read that you had a bad experience while trying to purchase your property with us. It is not our intention to ever create an atmosphere where you felt pressurized or we were aggressive. Quite the opposite, we try to work through every sale at a pace comfortable with both buyer and seller and try to treat the process as professionally and sensitively as possible. We did indeed rent the house out back in 2016 with a current gas certificate at that time. The property wasn’t managed by ourselves, therefore it was not our responsibility to maintain yearly gas checks, but the landlords. So if the certificates were out dated, it would be because that was what was provided to us by the vendor/landlord. I do hope that you have managed to find an alternate property and settle in well.

Very unprofessional, no coordination between staff Viewing appointment cancelled and being asked for reschedule the appointment. When called then said the house has rented, have not been informed for the other person interest in it.

I called to ask about viewing for one of the properties in Manchester and I was put on hold because the lady who picked up wasn't dealing with lettings. When someone came back to the phone, they just quickly said "We're not taking any more viewings for that property, cheers, bye" and hang up without even letting me say anything!!!! This is so rude and I'm so disappointed with customer service at this agency. Not recommended to anyone.

I approached a number of different letting agents but decided to instruct Jordan Fishwick and in particular Oksana to handle the letting of my apartment. Oksana was very friendly yet professional, she answered all my questions and was very helpful . Oksana has excellent knowledge of the letting market in Chorlton and was able to find tenants within a couple of weeks of me instructing her.

The services was excellent. I was attended by Oksana Belykova who was extremely polite and helpful and helped me a lot to find the right property for my needs. The properties that the agency showed me were both in great conditions and of high standard. Overall, an excellent experience and I fully recommend working with this branch.

Harry valued our property before we were ready to sell. We explained we would be in touch when we where ready and not to contact us. Other estate agents kept mithering us but Harry kept to his word and was to the value of our house which I expected. I can’t praise the high level of customer service I received enough. From the start I was struck by the professional, efficient, knowledgeable and personable service I received. They are a friendly bunch and I was always met with a warm smile when I popped into the office. What shone through from the start was that I felt valued as a client and genuinely felt they were trying their best to make the process as quick and as painless as possible for me. My purchase was not straightforward. I dealt with a number of the team, Chris and Ollie who were both knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. A huge thank-you goes to Maura Duffy who supported me through the process, progressed chased, listened to my woes and kept me sane!! Based on my experience, the team at Jordan Fishwick Chorlton branch deliver a top notch service, but most of all they really do want to do the best for their clients and go the extra mile to do their best for you. It’s the kind of excellent customer service that is so important to receive but sadly in my experience you don’t always find. These guys at Jordan Fishwick Chorlton have got it nailed!!
