Having had a property to let, it was good to find that the letting and property management team were always on the ball and when it came time to sell it was handled in a very professional and courteous manner by Tom Beevers and his colleagues. I do not hesitate in recommending them

GoogleTom was fantastic throughout the whole process which was lengthy and difficult due to circumstances at the top end of the chain. Don’t think we would have got to completion without him and his team, he held the whole thing together and dealt with all parties involved whilst keeping us informed every step of the way. Cannot recommend him highly enough and would most certainly recommend Jordan Fishwick in Hale to anyone contemplating moving home.

GoogleWould definitely recommend. Purchased a property Jordan Fishwick were marketing and Tom and his team were excellent. The sale wasn't an easy one (being in a chain) but Tom was very proactive whenever there were any potential issues and ensured that everything progressed through to completion.

We were given regular updates which gave us reassurance and peace of mind throughout the whole process. GoogleI can’t say enough good things about Danny Bradbury, Rebecca Nuttall, and Kat Walker at Jordan Fishwick in Macclesfield. They successfully managed my house for 10yrs, during which time I was never without tenants. When I decided to sell in July this year, they oversaw the process with professionalism and integrity. My house sold for the listing price and I’m so grateful for their wisdom and guidance. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

GoogleHaving just used Jordan Fishwick to sell our home I cannot recommend them enough. The team are extremely motivated when it comes to selling your property and keeping you fully in the picture when things crop up when you least expect them to, more to the point going above and beyond to keep things moving in the right direction when things don't always go to plan. We were very impressed with Cara who i must say worked very closely with other professionals providing up to date information on a daily basis to allow everyone to move the sale forward. We genuinely couldn't have done it without her valuable knowledge and support to which we are extremely grateful. Thank you to all the team, hope to see you again in the future. GoogleI marketed a dilapidated property (although bags of potential) with Jordan Fishwick of Disley. I chose them over rival estate agencies because they'd done their homework on the property before coming to meet me. There were a few twists and turns with buyers getting the jitters and pulling out, but each time new buyers were immediately found, and we even managed to complete over the original asking price. Thank you especially to Susan, Paul and the rest of the vibrant team.

Paul & Sue have been so helpful to myself and my sister in the potential rental of my Mum's property, and then latterly with the sale. They made a stressful time so much easier with lots of help and advice, always available at the other end of the phone with a great friendly attitude.....BRILLIANT

Will never rent with Jordan Fishwick again. We had no working toilet when we moved in, broken blinds, broken radiators, mold and a rusty microwave.After countless calls, emails and even an attempt to withhold our rent it took them 8 months to fix all these using dodgy contractors hired by the landlord, not themselves.

Compared with a number of other agencies we have rented with prior to and since renting with Jordan Fishwick, they are the only ones we have known to charge annual renewal fees (well over £100), made us wait up to three months before attending to necessary repairs (we went from March to June without a kitchen ceiling after it collapsed due to poor grouting in the bathroom) and stung us on our deposit (we were deducted due to their builders failing to remove bags of plaster from the garden, despite requests from us for them to remove it). We paid everything on time and kept the property in immaculate condition, ensuring we notified the agency immediately of any repairs that were required and were therefore shocked at being treated with such a lack of professionalism. Thankfully, we have since purchased a property through an excellent agency and do not have to rent and go through this again.

GoogleOksana went above and beyond to find us the perfect property, something that I have not experienced in any other lettings agent in Manchester. We booked one viewing with Jordan Fishwick and we ended up seeing 4 properties that matched our criteria, out of which we chose one. She was the perfect communication channel between us and the landlord, available for all my questions at all times and she is the reason why we chose to let with Jordan Fishwick.

GoogleIf the other reviews aren't enough to warn you - not only did they never fix anything which left my kitchen with a brown water leakage on the counter (1-2 pints a day) from upstairs that their contractor said it's probably from the upstairs toilet for weeks, when they DO decide to fix it they will come in your house UNANNOUNCED. Check your emails after 5pm every day to avoid surprise visitors in your house. I suffer from PTSD, absolutely no consideration about my rights to live undisturbed/consideration how you'd feel with a stranger coming in your house with close to no warning. They told me they'll come in 3 times and didn't show up and then a man entered my house without a warning. No calls, no knocks, no letters.

ALWAYS make sure you take pictures on the first day you move in and on the last day you leave.After suffering from dirt, mold, flooding, damp carpets and a dodgy boiler a couple of times a year, they tried to withhold our deposit 😂 They tried, but failed, and returned our deposit in full.Luckily we’ll never have to rent again and have now purchased our first house together.Do your homework, take your pictures.
