Other estate agents kept mithering us but Harry kept to his word and was to the value of our house which I expected. GoogleI can’t praise the high level of customer service I received enough. From the start I was struck by the professional, efficient, knowledgeable and personable service I received. They are a friendly bunch and I was always met with a warm smile when I popped into the office. What shone through from the start was that I felt valued as a client and genuinely felt they were trying their best to make the process as quick and as painless as possible for me. My purchase was not straightforward. I dealt with a number of the team, Chris and Ollie who were both knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. A huge thank-you goes to Maura Duffy who supported me through the process, progressed chased, listened to my woes and kept me sane!! Based on my experience, the team at Jordan Fishwick Chorlton branch deliver a top notch service, but most of all they really do want to do the best for their clients and go the extra mile to do their best for you. It’s the kind of excellent customer service that is so important to receive but sadly in my experience you don’t always find. These guys at Jordan Fishwick Chorlton have got it nailed!! GoogleOksana made our moving process so easy and stress-free! She is super friendly, and polite and will update you on all the processes and what you require for renting a property. We rang lots to ask questions and have things clarified (it was our first time renting a property), and Oksana was very approachable and made sure we understood everything. When we first viewed the property we are renting now, she showed us round properly and explained all of its features really well. I would definitely recommend Jordan Fishwick Chorlton if you are looking to rent or let somewhere.

GoogleI recently re-let my flat with Jordan Fishwick working with Oksana Belykova from the Lettings Department at Chorlton. She was so helpful and supportive in the early days too, when we were refurbishing the flat. She has been very quick to respond and just dealt with everything professionally and efficiently. I can't recommend her highly enough. She was helpful to the prospective tenants too with a specific problem they had, which she helped them to resolve. Maura the office manager kept us up to date at all times and was always friendly and welcoming. GoogleWe used both the estate agency and the conveyancing team to sell our property in Murrayfield. Richard’s communication was excellent from start to finish. His accessibility and frank nature took much of the usual stress out of the selling process. Hannah was delightful to liaise with, and although one error occurred within the marketing phase, this was appropriately acknowledged and the mistake immediately rectified. I was similarly impressed with the efficiency of both Brian and Aileen in the conveyancing team. We were very happy with the overall ease of the selling process, the advice we received and the final sale price achieved. I highly recommend employing the services of the Simpson Marwick team.
