It is eighteen years since I last used Jordan Fishwick, when I bought my house, and I was pleased to find their standards just as high today, when it came time to sell. There is always a friendly reception and the feeling that you are being treated as an individual. Communication is excellent and they keep on top of what can be complicated and rapidly changing situations. Special thanks are due to Olivia, who managed the process impeccably, and, of course, to Chris, who at the outset predicted a final price which was delivered to the penny! I would recommend Jordan Fishwick without reservation.

We rented a house in Chorlton for 6 years and Jordan Fishwick were always reliable and professional, in particular Joely Brooks who looked after us in most cases. 64 five stars and 32 one stars says a lot. Stay far away from this archaic arrogant and nonchalant estate agent. My experience with them and many others apparently was exceptionally terrible. This is the first estate agent I have ever used that has kept a deposit of mine upon rental application based on a theory of theirs that not all information was provided correctly AND my guarantor on well over 90k a year was not adequate. Still in proceedings with this sham show of an estate agent… next steps…. Ombudsman then court. There is something very fishy about Jordan fishwick. They put making small monetary wins over their customers. Point blank go elsewhere.

I was moved in quickly during the Christmas period by Jack and I was assigned Joely Brooks as my agent. From start to finish Joely was always quick to reply and helpful. My flat was maintained and checked by quality contractors throughout my tenancy and they worked around my work schedule. Absolutely rubbish to deal with. I arranged for a booking of a property and turned up on the date and time given to me. There was nobody there. I rang the office and they said they never sent a confirmation for the booking. Which was a lie. There is no communication between their team. I wasted my time to get to the property and this is what I get. Absolutely incompetent staff. I explained to them what had happened over the phone. Very unprofessional manner and not apologetic or sympathetic at all. They completely disregarded everything that had happened and said they won't be taking anymore viewings without giving a reason and put the phone down. Shame on them. Absolutely incompetent and no manners whatsoever. Rubbish customer service. Very hard to deal with. They urgently need a change of staff
