TrustpilotAbsolute nightmare of a letting agency
Absolute nightmare of a letting agency! Do not ever rent from them!! When we moved from America to England we were told by JF the home had been “cleaned”. We opened the door and you would have though they were filming an episode of Breaking Bad in the home!! It was like squatters we’re living there. Food all over kitchen cabinets, broken glass everywhere. Trash all in garage and paint cans left. Over the 7 years we had no heat for weeks at a time no hot water. Basically JF never responded quickly and the home owner didn’t respond quickly at all to urgent repairs. I would never list a home for sale or rent from Jordan Fishwick. We must have gone through 20 different property managers during 7 years!!! What does that say! Such a terrible overall experience and now they have home listed to rent again after we were told homeowner was selling the home! Slimy people!!! 😡😡

GoogleThe guys at Jordan Fishwick were very helpful during our house move, they were always quick to reply to any of our queries!

GoogleVery very poor customer service, unprofessional and immature, I have never come across with such arrogant sales woman before especially in this time of the market uncertainty. I would suggest not to waste your time here because fortunately there are thousands of far better sales people doing there job very professionally.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GooglePossibly up there for worse customer service I have ever had! I am a 1st time buyer and walked into this branch looking for advise and to be put on there mailing list. As soon as I said my max price was under £150,000 and said I was not even looking directly in sale area. The lady turned her nose up to me like I was not even worth her time and told me "yea we only do sale your better off going to another 1". So I did I went to the 4 other agencies round the corner and they could not of helped me enuf! By far putting jordan fishwick to shame!

GoogleAbout a year ago we decided to downsize and put our house on the market. It started well but like everywhere the Covid Pandemic put a setback to our moving plans and delayed the completion of our sale. However, the team at Jordan Fishwick kept us in the loop and supported us throughout the lockdown period. A great team who were very helpful and promptly responded to our phone or email queries. Thank you.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleChris and Nicola at Jordan Fishwick have continued working through the lockdown and completed the sales on our properties. They have been positive, responsive and relentless in supporting our sales through to completion. Chris often goes beyond the normal service provided by estate agents. At a difficult time they have shone through. Well done JF and thank you so much. All the best Trevor, Jane and Jason

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Jordan Fishwick at Sale. The team were fantastic and did a really professional job. They organised and escorted all of our viewers, were shrewd and diplomatic during the negotiations and then really helped gel things together during the final stages (the usual bit where coordinating things with solicitors is like hearding cats!). Our thanks especially go to Nicola, who is just great at her job and Heather who was the calm voice of reason when we were struggling to organise a date in a complicated chain. I totally recommend Jordan Fishwick at Sale.

GoogleI recently bought my first property through Jordan Fishwick and the customer service and communication from Nicola, Rebecca and the rest of the team was brilliant throughout. They couldn’t have been more helpful and ensure the sale went through as quickly as possible. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Sale.
