I bought my property through Jordan Fishwick back in March, and although Leah wasn't technically my estate agent, she was one of the biggest reasons the purchase made it over the finish line. It wasn't the most straightforward transaction, but Leah always made time for me. She was honest, transparent, and kept me updated throughout. She chased the right people at the right time and wasn't afraid to apply pressure when things stalled. In all honesty, she did more to move the purchase forward than my solicitors did. Buying a home is stressful enough, but having someone who genuinely cares and takes ownership makes all the difference. Leah made the whole process feel far more manageable. The rest of the team were just as friendly, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping people find the right home. When the time comes to sell, there is no question who I'll be calling. I'll definitely want Leah on my team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jordan Fishwick to anyone looking to buy a home.

We recently secured a rental property in Manchester city centre through Jordan Fishwick, and I cannot recommend Chelsea highly enough. From the initial viewing through to the completion of all the paperwork, Chelsea was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always on hand to answer questions and keep the process moving smoothly. Moving home can be stressful, but Chelsea made the whole experience straightforward and enjoyable. A real credit to Jordan Fishwick and an excellent example of outstanding customer service. My experiences with Jordan Fishwick as our letting agent have always been outstanding. We recently needed some work doing on a fire door on our apartment . Connor found us quotes for the work , engaged a contractor, arranged a time for the job with the tenants and once the work was completed, sent us all the paperwork we needed for the management company. Quite possibly the worst letting agents in the whole of Manchester. They do not have a care in the world for their tenants unless it benefits them. We’ve tried to contact them multiple times about issues in the flat and they fail to respond EVERY TIME. They come round for flat inspections every now and then and when we explain the issues they say “yeah the landlord probably won’t fix that” the water is always going on and off and occasionally going brown. Please be sensible and do not use Jordan fishwick. For your own sake

Parking in the middle of the street while trying to sell a property is unacceptable. Its a tiny street and no-one can pass. How you think this makes you look good infront of viewers is beyond me. Viewers are literally standing next to your car blocking the whole street 🤯 Then the "Director" calling me after I have called to make a compaint and telling me I should not have told your agent to not park in the middle of my street! Flabergasted! Lets hope I never have to buy a property off you. Would never even contemplate using you to sell. Zero stars.

Absolutely spot on, I was the executor of a will and needed to sell a property, I dealt with Marcus who did the valuation, he had a straight to the point attitude and no salesman ship patter honest and realistic exactly what is needed. Our choice was based on his realistic approach and not trying to pander to our emotions, while showing empathy. Megan dealt with us during the viewings, great communication at all times, kept us informed of what was going on a very quick an easy exchange...I have heard of horror stories when it comes to selling houses. UPDATE (5th February, 2024): Investigation into Chelsea Gardner's behaviour completed. I now quote from Martin Moston, director of this appalling agency: "Having formally reviewed your account with Chelsea and compared to her account, she advises she did swear at you once, for which she is frustrated at having let herself down, but refutes any other claim. Chelsea has advised this was in the ‘heat of the moment...' It goes on... "We have not had any other such complaints and the staff member in question has been working for us for 18 months with no question of character and excellent feedback on how they deal with clents..." Additionally, not once did the investigation mention the cold calls from withheld numbers asking about my situation and they are going to "pop down to see me." This started to happen straight after the abusive confrontation with Chelsea, which I told the investigating team about immediately. It would seem that this abusive behaviour that people like Chelsea exhibit towards customers is actively endorsed by senior management of this disgraceful organisation. Chelsea has not even received a caution for her behaviour, with senior management taking her side of her deranged story. Plus, this company misuse personal information and go against GDPR legislation. I will let readers of this review conclude whether to interact with this company or choose a more friendly, professional agency. Original Incident: January 26, 2024. Wow...where do I start? I had two viewings booked today. First viewing there was a mix up with postcodes by another employee, but I got there within the stipulated time, just for Chelsea to leave, even though I had fifteen minutes remaining and was at the correct place. So I sent emails to Chelsea and the rest of the team, but they (especially Chelsea) can't seem to admit their mistakes or apologise. I then had another viewing at 4:30pm, and arrived there by 4:20pm. I then received an email saying the viewing was cancelled. I phoned the office, and they said it was not cancelled and Chelsea would be there. What happened next is unbelievable: Chelsea arrives and I told her my name and viewing time. She said it was cancelled due to my conduct!!! I had already wasted a whole afternoon for both of these viewings, so questioned Chelsea's decision. She then went ballistic and started screaming and shouting whilst calling me all the foul, discriminatory names you can image. It got to the point I had to walk away as she got in my face threatening to slap me and get 'bad men from Manchester' to sort me out!!! She is one of the most disturbed and unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered. Suffice to say, I have now lodged an official complaint. I implore you all to use a different estate agent and will update this review when the outcome of the complaint has been given.
