GoogleI recently purchased an apartment in Central Manchester as an overseas buyer through Jordan Fishwick and transitioned quickly to using their letting service at completion. Within one month and during holiday season it is now let at asking price. Thank you Katie, Chelsea and team - love your work. I couldn't ask for a better service team. Would recommend to anyone.

GoogleAvoid like a plague. A team of cowboys who put profit over integrity. I never leave reviews and consider myself fair so for me to come on here says all you need to know. Decent during the tenancy but as soon as money came into it literally horrible carry on. Stefan in particular. Please treat your customers with a bit more respect and stop trying to fleece people of their hard earned money. No way to go about any relationship let alone a business relationship. Paid 1.3k in deposit and they have falsified claims to justify not returning my deposit. A lot of money was spent cleaning the property upon me leaving and making sure it was left in the best condition. I took pictures which I’ve included. To try and justify taking my deposit because the property wasn’t “clean” is abhorrent and very dishonest.

GoogleMarcus and his cowboys. They wasted a year of our life, clueless about conveyancing laws for flats. I would have more confidence in letting the fish and chip round the corner selling my flat.

GoogleWhere do I start… Awful experience renting through Jordan Fishwick for 2 and a half years. Constant data protection issues, accidentally sending us personal information meant for other tenants. It was Impossible to get a response from our property manager Stefan, when he did respond to any issues or queries we had it was always at 4.30 on a Friday so he would not have to deal with it when we responded, I suspect this is an intentional practice from the company. They also attempted to take our deposit at the end for issues that already existed in the flat, if you rent through Jordan Fishwick take photos and videos of everything, they will attempt to take your deposit under false pretences. The poor care and standards of the staff is a reflection of the rental market in Manchester, everybody is desperate for a flat so they do not have to treat tenants with respect as somebody will always take the place, be careful dealing with them.

GoogleCan not rate this team higher. From start to finish and beyond they have ensured the process is simple and efficient. Background: I needed to move quickly due to my tenancy ending shortly and struggling to find a property within a certain budget that ticked all the boxes. Emanuel and Katie both have provided consistent professional communication to me, starting out with the viewing, towards all the many questions I have, moving in and finally sorting out any niggles in the first days of moving in. I not only love the property itself, I also feel assured to know there is a great team available to me when I need them. Thanks guys!

GoogleI’ve never in my life seen such artistry in the moment someone handed me a single set of keys. The agent didn’t just “pass” them over, no, they presented them, like Excalibur being drawn from stone, rotating the fob ever so slightly so the sunlight caught it and refracted across the laminate flooring. The click of the key against the ring? Cinematic. I half expected Hans Zimmer to start playing in the background. People talk about customer service, but they don’t talk enough about the wrist-to-finger choreography of a check-in, and this office deserves recognition for redefining what “handing over keys” can mean. The flat is fine, but the moment of transfer? Life-changing.

GoogleI have been a tenant with this company for 5 years in the same property, I've been told we need to pay for carpet cleaning for normal wear and tear on the carpet and stefan Bowers has been useless he's taken over with correspondence and he's very slow at replying and getting back to me. It's very upsetting because everyone other then him have been great but really disappointed by the communication and support at the end of my tenancy go elsewhere if you can

GoogleWithout doubt the worst solicitor I have dealt with. Heather is who I dealt with and she was not helpful one bit, it actually sounded like it was a chore to try and help me, I had to do everything, kept chasing her and then 10 days before my mortgage was to renew she told me it’s been pulled. The stress she has caused is mad and I’m pretty positive she won’t bat an eyelid. Pitiful. If you’re using them, ask NOT to deal with Heather.

GoogleI found the service we received terrible. Communication was infrequent (it took days to receive email replies), unclear and very unfriendly. We had no awareness of what would happen and when, the process was never explained. I had to phone in to understand what was happening, but phone lines were often busy. Mistakes were made on the forms, even though the correct information had been provided. We felt extremely disappointed by the way we were treated. This all caused us significant stress and anxiety.

GoogleConstantly calling me today. Told them countless times I have no idea who they are, who Megan is or why they even have my number. Blocked one number so they started calling me from a different number, blocked that too. Nuisance calls
