I booked a viewing for a flat, and the agent confirmed the date and time. However, when my friends and I arrived (on time, in the freezing wind), the agent never showed up. We waited for over half an hour with no communication from them. This level of irresponsibility is completely unacceptable! It's no surprise that the flat has been on the market for over nine months, clearly, the agent's poor service is to blame. I would never consider buying a property through them, and I strongly advise against using them to sell your property if you want results. Avoid this agency at all costs!

By far the most pathetic excuses for letting agents in Manchester, stay away at all cost. Pure incompetence spearheaded by Katie in this office, unprofessional rude management, left my flat as a building site for over 9 months whilst fixing a basic leak. Absolute joke. Edit: The flat was not left untidy or clean at all, once again a pathetic excuse from miserable excuses for people.

Make sure you rent a house with no problems because even though they say that “Jordan Fiswick will deal with maintenance problems” they don’t care. It’s been months, the issue isn’t fixed. I am tired of sending emails and chasing it up. So think 5 times before letting from Jordan Fishwick

Quick shout out to Joe and Jordan Fishwick - I rent a flat through Jordan Fishwick and called to say the new bed that had recently been delivered was faulty. Joe contacted the contractors quickly and that same afternoon the contractors replaced the faulty bed with a new one! Thanks for your help Joe, very efficient work!! :)

At relatively short notice we decided to sell our house in Murrayfield in October 2020. We shortlisted three agents and Simpson Marwick easily came out on top ( their website for example was the best in the marketplace) They were professional in every aspect of the sale: communication, guidance, advice and above all they were very pragmatic. The house sold within 10 days at a healthy price where both parties came out of the process extremely happy. Ironically we have now bought a house in East Lothian. We couldn’t use S&M for the purchase as they were selling the house but as the selling Agents , once again , they were great. Thank you Matthew, Jill and Richard.

We used both the estate agency and the conveyancing team to sell our property in Murrayfield. Richard’s communication was excellent from start to finish. His accessibility and frank nature took much of the usual stress out of the selling process. Hannah was delightful to liaise with, and although one error occurred within the marketing phase, this was appropriately acknowledged and the mistake immediately rectified. I was similarly impressed with the efficiency of both Brian and Aileen in the conveyancing team. We were very happy with the overall ease of the selling process, the advice we received and the final sale price achieved. I highly recommend employing the services of the Simpson Marwick team.
