GoogleChurch Robinson has been helpful throughout the property buying process. The process was a bit challenging due to some issues outside their control. However Dawn was proactive and communicative to ensure the process went ahead as planned. GoogleHighly recommend Church Robinson! We recently bought a house through them and they were so so helpful, especially considering I had a plethora of questions over a couple of months. They were always friendly and quick to respond and when we had small issues after moving in, the after sales care was exemplary as well. The whole team were fantastic but would really like to extend extra gratitude to Dawn and Jo who put up with me a lot! Wouldn't hesitate to use them when we come to sell (hopefully not for a while). Although unable to book the first appointment time she offered, she explained that due to a shared calendar, it had been booked already in the past couple of minutes and quickly offered me a new suitable time. GoogleRhys was patient and an awesome letting agent. He took almost 45 mins to understand our requirements and showed various properties in and around Newbury.
