GoogleChurch Robinson were great from the valuation of our home to the moving day. They were really proactive in selling our house without being pushy and gave good advice when the economy crashed and house prices dropped. GoogleAll of the staff at Church Robinson Didcot have been wonderful, but Jade who showed us a house was phenomenal. She was incredibly thorough and worked around our working schedules! Her flexibility has been amazing and we recommend her for anyone looking to buy a property! We are sorry to read your comments and have investigated the circumstances with our property management team. It is unfortunate that the new boiler which had only been installed three months’ earlier experienced a rare fault on the weekend you moved in. Our plumber attended on your second full day of residency and booked the manufacturer to replace the faulty fan two days later, the earliest the manufacturer could do. Our team provided an emergency heater in the meantime. The property has an immersion heater for the hot water. We acted as quickly as possible in the circumstances and believe that our teams have communicated with you and assisted to help in an efficient and swift manner, and will continue to work hard for you during the course of your tenancy.

GoogleThe whole team at the Lambourn office - Jo, Toyah, Kay and Carrie - were fantastic throughout the whole house selling experience. All phone calls were returned, all questions answered and nothing was too much trouble. This is the first time we haven’t had to keep chasing the lawyers, thanks to Toyah. Professional service from beginning to end. The photos and video were great. We would definitely use them again.
