GoogleBecky was extremely helpful, sufficent and was very welcoming with a smile on her face. Becky explained every part of the process well so that me & my partner understood correctly of what to expect. She was very patient and answered every question politely that we asked. Becky made it a smooth process for us by keeping us up to date with each step.

GoogleI just bought a house with them. Dawn has been great throughout the process, great communication which made the process easier and atress free; following with my both solicitors to speed up the process. Prompt replies everytime i needed something, excellent service. My only recomendation to first time buyers( those ones a bit clueless like me) : We bought a house that someone inherited, and the person that showed as the house, told us the process was going to be very fast, as the house was empty. However, the sellers did not have the probate that allow them to sell the hosue, which delayed the process at least 2 months, if you are looking for a fast process, ask if the sellers have the probate or when they applied to get it.
Ro - thank you for posting this kind review for Dawn! We really appreciate it!

GoogleThe staff are friendly and helpful and arranged a couple of viewings at very short notice. They put a lot of useful information on their web site about the properties they sell. Our recent purchase through Church Robinson completed very quickly with their assistance. If/when we sell it, we will be happy to use Church Robinson.
