GoogleJones Robinson were instructed to run the block management for one of our sites. They prepared an inaccurate service charge budget, were impossible to get hold of and tenants money went missing for over a year. Use at your peril!
Our block management department in Newbury have provided me with the background on this account and have all calls recorded on file for reference. If you wish to make a formal complaint please send to jo.woolley@jonesrobinson.co.uk and I will be happy to investigate.
