From the outset their representative, Tracey Glenn, was SUPER HELPFUL, making the process easy & efficient. Her professionalism led to a smooth efficient process. Initially, Tracey Glenn (the lettings manager) was very helpful and was the main reason I joined them back in 2023. She was honest and gave good advice on the rental market. I also have to mention Laura Francis and Becky Scargill for their hard work. They consistently produce documents and communicate in a timely manner. I would recommend this team to any landlord.
