Mark, Stephanie and Oliver in a very short space of time generated a huge anount of interest in my property. They provided me with quality
applicants too.
If you want to let your property quickly, by people who are on the ball, Imagine should be your first port of call. I will always use Mark and his team in the future because they got results and fast !

Always gave me plenty of notice for viewings and they were so helpful. We had a glitch in our chain but they persevered dealt with the problem and gave us excellent advise going forward. Best ever advise as we have now purchased a much nicer house in a much nicer location.

GoogleI have had a long journey with Imagine to sell my property, and their service has been great throughout the process. The property was under offer within a couple of weeks of it being on the market, and although we lost our first buyer at the eleventh hour, they were extremely quick to get it back on the market and once again we were under offer in a very short space of time. Once their properties go 'under offer', they have a dedicated Sale Progression team that look after you throughout the conveyance process, and I have to say that team in particular have been nothing short of brilliant. I want to make a special mention for Laura Howard, who has worked tirelessly to get my sale through to exchange, she always kept me in the loop and made any phone calls necessary to ensure everything was moving along the chain. She is a credit to the organisation!

It's now an average of 7 months in the UK between going on the market and moving. As you point out having someone stick by you throughout that time, who only gets paid a penny at the very end and only then if a successful move happens, is why the Purplebricks of this world are so misleading in their advertising.

FacebookImagine have been absolutely amazing for us. We decided to put our house on the market at the beginning of March when we initially went up with another estate agents local to the area. We were with them for 8 weeks and the process was awful, we were losing hope so we took a leap of faith moving to Imagine and it was the best move that we could have made and it exceeded any expectations we had. We had 5 times more viewings in the first 2 weeks than we had with the previous estate agent in 7 weeks and the communication regarding feedback and any updates was outstanding. We were kept updated regularly and was never made to feel like I was pestering or ever asking too much, someone was always happy to answer our questions. All of the team are so friendly, approachable and reassuring; particularly Paul and Danny who were so good to us. Imagine took all of the stress and hassle away and made it an exciting and smooth process.. and here we are with an offer after just two weeks on their books. I honestly can not recommend them enough, so professional but relatable too. The reviews speak for themselves and I wish I had looked into them before going on the market as we would have gone with them initially but at least we found them in the end. Thank you for everything Imagine, because if it wasn’t for you we probably would have ended up coming off the market and therefore wouldn’t have been able to get our dream home!
