We received a fantastic service from the team at Imagine from the start of the process to the completion of the sale. Our house was sold within one week of putting it to market, with viewings being booked before we had even had the photographs taken. The whole team were warm, friendly and professional, providing feedback after the viewings. Paul was particularly helpful providing support to our buyers who were purchasing for the first time. Once we had accepted an offer the sales progression moved things along at a good pace, keeping us informed throughout the journey. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Imagine if you want to sell your property in a professional and prompt manner.

We recently completed a house purchase via Imagine and we have to say their support throughout the process was outstanding. Amir was unbelievably helpful in helping us get our offer over the line. He even helped us out with formalising the sale of our place which was happening via a different estate agent, going the extra mile to help us get to the point where we were proceed-able on our purchase. Then once our offer was accepted we were handed over to Katie who managed our purchase on behalf of Imagine and continued in going the extra mile throughout the entire process. Katie provided us with clear direction on what we needed to do an when, provided regular updates and was always there to pick up the phone whenever we had questions. Like Amir, she was even happy to offer advice on our separate sale. I can't understate how helpful (and reassuring) Katie's advice was. Katie was also incredibly proactive and willing to do anything she could to help the purchase process along. On several occasions she called various parties on my behalf for updates and to answer questions, as I was unable to due to during work times. This made my life much easier! My overall impression of Imagine is that they are proactive and always willing to do whatever they can to support their clients, so I'd definitely consider them for any future sales/purchases.

I rented my property with Imagine, Garston branch. They have been top professionals and clearly understand the market. I was involved with Jack Kingsley, Jemma Selwyn, Ellie Wylie, Meghan Sunmer during the various stages of discussion. I must say each of them very thorough professionals, very responsive and provided me the right guidance. Absolutely unacceptable experience with Estate Agent’s Paul.They misrepresented the property my daughter purchased, advertising it as semi-detached when records confirm it is a terraced house. There is a clear evidence, they refuse to acknowledge their mistake. This misrepresentation has caused significant financial loss, as she would have made a different purchasing decision had she been given the correct information.Avoid this agency if you value honesty and professionalism.

We have had an amazing experience with Imagine Watford. Jamie dealt with the valuation of our property and the process moved very quickly from there. The marketing, photos and listing were all amazing and I am picky! The property was on the market the next day and we had accepted a great offer over asking within 3 working days. Not a happy customer

When we first started using this company to rent our property, they were quite good. But six years on and the quality of work declined dramatically. We had a difficult time communicating with them at time. They hardly ever call you back if leave a message and request a call back. Some agents are rude. I was happy with the account department and over the years they were helpful and prompt. The letting team are impatient and a big let down. Just in a hurry to rent it to the first person comes along. They used to show the place to people individually but now a days they arrange a viewing day and bring a few people. To me this doesn’t give the agent enough time with each viewer to explain or know them a little. Basically the landlord doesn’t matter anymore. Apart from one person, the rest of the sale team were not polite and quite patronising at times. I don’t recommend this branch at all. Our special thanks to Drew. He was amazing.

Our property was on the market for a number of months with other estate agents before we took the decision to move it over to Imagine earlier this year. The difference between other estate agents we had dealt with and Imagine was obvious from day 1 - their communication, organisation, professionalism and enthusiasm was fantastic from the start! There were no surprise visits, we always knew the status, viewings were scheduled with notice, feedback from the viewings was prompt and in the end they managed to secure the right buyer too! We have a relatively niche property, lovely, but niche, and it therefore definitely needed the right buyer at the right time. Hi Lee, Honestly Lee, Paul has been truly amazing for me over my ordeal of searching for the perfect property. I have been looking for a property for over a year now and Paul has been with me all the way. I nearly totally gave up on the whole idea for now and was going to put the whole search on hold for a while. I looked at so many properties and I was so dishearten with the whole finding a property that I gave up and was going to leave it for a year or so. But bless Paul, he did not give up on me or my dream in finding the dream home. He said "Raf I have the perfect property for you, come on let's go!!!!!!!!!!!". Paul knew I would take that house he mentioned to me that I would really like, he even said to me "trust me Raf you will love it" which I did and took it within seconds after seeing the house.
