Great service received from Sophie Allum, letting consultant at Imagine, Bushey office. Sophie was phenomenal right from the beginning. From arranging a short notice viewing, to dealing with some unforeseen issues; Sophie has worked tirelessly to ensure all parties were happy. Refreshing to find an agent who can work in harmony with both tenant and landlord. This included out of hours emails to keep us posted. The information she shared was always professional, well detailed and transparent. We are delighted to have used Imagine to rent this property, and that is thanks to Sophie. It was my first time putting a property on the market and being in a chain and I'm so glad I went with Imagine as they literally took the stress away from the whole process and made sure everything went smoothly. Initially we had valuations done with other estate agents but after meeting with Amir for our valuation, we knew Imagine were the right people to go with as he understood us, was open, honest and very professional. Whilst the other estate agents were either providing valuations which were too low or too high and unrealistic, Amir provided us with the best and most realistic valuation and also went above and beyond to ensure we got nothing less than our asking price. In fact, Amir has gone above and beyond for us throughout the whole process, providing us with contacts for our EPC as well as our solicitors. Even though Imagine and Amir were handling the sale of our property, he helped us with the purchase side of things despite us purchasing through another estate agent. I'm so glad we got to work with Amir because he's not someone who treats their job as a 9-5 and sees people as clients - he's passionate about his role, extremely knowledgeable about the property game and will always share his knowledge and provide unbiased advice and on top of that we feel like we have made a friend who we can ask for advice on anything property related! I first met Amir when he came to give me a free valuation for my own home in July 2024 which was a pleasant and straightforward experience. After that, I was in the unfortunate position where I had to sell my mother's home after her passing. I then worked with Jamie who gave me an excellent fixed price to sell the property. I then worked with Rory to secure a sale several weeks later with a pre-verified first time buyer. Katie, from sales progression then worked with me and my solicitor right through to exchange and completion. She was terrific and kept in touch throughout the process, despite a very challenging buyer's solicitor. We have had an amazing experience with Imagine Watford. Jamie dealt with the valuation of our property and the process moved very quickly from there. The marketing, photos and listing were all amazing and I am picky! The property was on the market the next day and we had accepted a great offer over asking within 3 working days. Not a happy customer

When we first started using this company to rent our property, they were quite good. But six years on and the quality of work declined dramatically. We had a difficult time communicating with them at time. They hardly ever call you back if leave a message and request a call back. Some agents are rude. I was happy with the account department and over the years they were helpful and prompt. The letting team are impatient and a big let down. Just in a hurry to rent it to the first person comes along. They used to show the place to people individually but now a days they arrange a viewing day and bring a few people. To me this doesn’t give the agent enough time with each viewer to explain or know them a little. Basically the landlord doesn’t matter anymore. Apart from one person, the rest of the sale team were not polite and quite patronising at times. I don’t recommend this branch at all. Our special thanks to Drew. He was amazing.

We got off to a rocky start with our property search, unsurprising given the current 2020 climate we find ourselves in, but Imagine have been super throughout. We initially worked with Oliver at the Bushey branch and then Bianca and Jemma, both who have made the process very simple and pain free. Imagine offer a concierge service once our offer had been accepted, which made transitioning all bills and setting up services, pain free! This saved us hours of admin time, and switching to the most cost effective provider. My property went on the market, and I managed to receive a ghost buyer from another agency. I set Imagine a challenge to sell whilst I was away on holiday. Two days before holiday, on short notice, they managed to list the property, review the add with me and by the time I was away, get loads of people through the doors. Whilst on holiday I had plenty of offers come in, so they lived up to the challenge. The buyer Imagine arranged ended up driving towards completion too for which the sales handler played a key role.
