I mostly dealt with Amber, although I didn’t end up buying through Howard’s, she kept me informed of properties they had coming to the market and called me on a regular basis even if she didn’t, to see how my search was going. We’ve recently been dealing with Howard’s Estate Agents in Long Stratton for the sale of our house and I just wanted to say that dealing with them has been an absolute pleasure. Janette, Macey and Thomas have all been so lovely, a breath of fresh air compared to my dealings with other well known agencies. Janette came into our home to give the initial valuation and right from the start she was friendly, down to earth and above all, knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable inviting her back to take photos and make the video tour. Her enthusiasm gave us great confidence in Howard’s being able to sell our property.
