Whenever I had problems with anything in that home, they sent the people from the property management to sort it out.. I would like to mention Rachel Downes , the property manager who helped with the paperworks and other help when I planned to vacate my house . GoogleSelling our property couldn’t have been better with Howard’s, and Carina was the key to this. The initial appointment and valuation completed by Sam felt in-depth and thorough, and nothing was left un-talked about and still at a competitive price. For a first time seller I felt very informed and comfortable going ahead with Howard’s.
They dealt very well with a large influx of calls and arranged viewings very professionally, even more so with keeping us safe during the pandemic. The property sold very quick and promptly with the aid of Carinas negotiating. From there on we were kept informed at all times.
A special thank you to Carina as it looked like the sale was just about to fall through (no fault of there’s) however Carina stuck with it and clawed it back keeping both sides happy , without reducing the negotiated price and we were kept informed at all times!
