GoogleWe would highly recommend this Agency to anyone wishing to buy or sell property in the region. We had many legal problems and delays with our purchase, but Carina Pelikan in particular patiently helped us throughout the long process even through Covid19 lockdown. Carina found us a buyer very quickly but even though this sale failed at the start of "Lockdown", she quickly found us another buyer. Howards in general were always responsive and dealt with any queries promptly. Even when there were no properties on the market Carina would call me and let me know of properties becoming available. GoogleI actually sold my house through another estate agent, however, my purchase was through Howard’s. I am beyond grateful; throughout the whole process from putting an offer in to exchange Carina has been at the end of the phone. Carina had always had time to talk to me, calm me down (when I had moments of “arggg it’s never going to happen”) and reassure me thought the process. Carina kept me updated and often rung outside of work hours when needed, I honestly can’t thank her enough! If Covid restrictions were not here I would be giving Carina a massive hug! An absolute credit to the company and if I was ever to sell or buy I would go with Carina without hesitation! Thank you!!!!!!
