Having bought our property with Howard's 8 years ago, and been impressed, they were my "go to" choice when selling. Stuart's service back then was excellent, and this time round he and his team have been first class. From a prompt and sensible valuation, quick turnaround for photographs and videos, we could not ask for more. Viewings were managed by Georgia, who took the time to meet and greet potential buyers and give the tours. Great service. We even had viewings before we went "live" on the main websites. We are sold subject to contract, and have had several viewings, in little more than a week. Outstanding service.

Just wanted to say that anybody looking to shift a house in the Lowestoft area need look no further than the team at Howards. The advice, attention to detail and market knowledge provided was exemplary. We used two other Lowestoft estate agents (who were shockingly awful) before turning to Howards, and to say the difference in service level was a million miles apart is an epic understatement. The upshot is that, thanks to Howards, my partner and I have been able to secure the house of our dreams. Staff and business all very friendly and professional. Rented a property out for 3 years with them and no issues what so ever. Had works van stolen whilst at work a year or so back and lost the keys within this too, by the time I was home another set had been arranged so I wasn’t locked out of the house also.
