GoogleI have had two visits from Stuart both times extremely professional but on a very friendly basis, his attitude certainly convinced me the team was up to the job, been on the market a few days but already the office is keeping me informed. One call from the office and I feel totally at ease and confident they will produce the very best results for me. Such a good decision to go there

GoogleWe reported a problem with our smoke alarms to Chloe Snell at Howards estate & letting in Gorleston. Within 3 hrs Spark's Electrical called & found the problem. The next day they fitted 2 smoke alarms & a CO alarm & done a good job. Chloe acted very promptly & professionally. Again excellent service. Thanks very much Chloe. GoogleWe were looking to sell our bungalow. Amie Swallow replied immediately to our enquiry and visited us for the valuation. Came well prepared with details of other nearby properties that had sold recently. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a good move, using a local agent. The price that was decided upon, was almost exactly what we had hoped for. Cannot recommend Amy and Howards enough

I’ve had some bad experiences with other estate agents in the past, and I’m delighted with the friendly and productive manner in which the team have dealt with the sale of my house, and securing the chain, to enable me to progress with an onward purchase. The whole team are excellent, but I am particularly grateful to Sophie’s who’s efforts in managing everything have been second to none. Nothing has been too much trouble, and she’s always been reachable, and willing to go above and beyond for me. What a world of difference to my past experiences. GoogleFirst class service from the off with Howards Beccles, Branch Manager Cara Hawkins. Cara was professional, efficient and one step ahead at all times. Everything we asked for was carried out with ease, nothing was too much trouble and the communication was clear and consistent. Our house was listed within 24 hours of the photoshoot. We opted for an open house and this was marketed expertly and 14 viewings were secured within days. First viewing wasn't for us but we were contacted when another one came back on the market which we now own. It's a busy office so calls sometimes go through to somewhere else, but always got a call back soon after leaving a message.
