I'm writing this review on behalf of my elderly mother, the sale of whose bungalow we entrusted to Howards. Within a day, we were paid a personal visit by Janette, who ran the entire sales campaign and gave us a hugely positive feeling about expectations and how the sales process would proceed. As mum was not in the best of health, Jannette focused on an Open Day approach so that all potential purchasers could see the property on the same day, with enough time between them to feel comfortable with the viewing, and also keeping mum away from the strain of having strangers in her home. Between the purchasers a bidding war began, pushing up the sale price to almost 10% more than the asking price. It also helped us decide on the right buyer for mum's home. Janette came in a day early to prepare the place to look at its best, and all progress was conducted through phone calls and a WhatsApp group we had set up, so we were always well informed. I don't think it could have gone any easier, and I would not hesitate to recommend Howards in future to anyone who would like to benefit from a similarly stress-free sales experience.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Good estate agents are particularly rare to find. I always recommend going on a few viewings to get a feel for the company and the sellers. I've had some shocking viewings by people who clearly don't have any interest in the job or the property they are selling!
