They are estate agents. Don't believe a word of what they say.We had dealings with lowestoft branch and were basically taken for a ride and lied to about a reduction that never came. I have the emails!!We lost a great deal of money in a failed transaction.

GoogleA great service from Tyron at Howards. All our questions were answered and we were happy with the negotiations around our house purchase. Some info on the video and particulars was incorrect but overall a good experience.

GoogleWow, once again Jeanette has come up with the goods! This lady is a breath of fresh air and so full of enthusiasm and knowledge not only about her trade but also local knowledge. She came to our home at 1.30pm, by 2.30pm had completed what she needed to do, had the first (And only) viewing by 3pm and offer made by 10am the following day. Now beat that!! What an absolute legend. She sure knows her stuff. Great job Jeanette and the team! We bought our current home through them, our first introduction to Howards and wouldn't use anyone else. Hayley also did a cracking job chasing the conveyancing and keeping us in the loop. Great team, great service and great people. Thank you all so much....

GoogleThis is a long review but please read. My mother's bungalow of non standard construction needed to be sold to a cash buyer. I asked three local agents to come and see the property. Jeanette Churchill from Howards in Long Stratton stood out with her knowledge, professionalism and above all enthusiasm. She suggested an Open Day, which went extremely well. The bunglow sold from that event and it has been plain sailing all the way through. She kept me in touch with how things were progressing along with her able assistant, Cheyenne. It was also apparent that Janette had dressed the property to show it at its best. Items of soft furnishings had been added clearly showing living areas and how they could work for us. Up until we met Janette from Howard's, we had experienced some of the most appalling estate agents on the planet - ignorant, nonchalant, blase, devoid of knowledge and totally lacking in professionalism.
