For example, the day after the property was advertised, a suitable tenant was already found. Furthermore, they were very helpful with any queries that I had and delivered prompt responses that perfectly answered my questions. I cannot recommend Horton and Garton highly enough, predominantly for their professionalism and effectiveness. In particular, I found Ashley Clements, the letting manager and Delia from the administration particularly helpful in providing a smooth process in terms of getting the property onto the letting market.
