There is seriously no need to look for another agency to sell your property through if you are in the Hammersmith/Brackenbury Village/ Chiswick area. From the moment we first met John, to value the flat, through the whole process, everything has run like clockwork- and honestly, I have bought and sold enough properties in my time to know that this is not normally the case!
Our “special agent” Matt has been like a knowledgeable friend, as has “young” George who also showed prospective purchasers around.
Matt has only chosen potential buyers, not time-wasters…he has matched the clients to the property with extreme skill.
We have all kept in touch with each other in real-time via a WhatsApp group…incredibly useful!!

Searching for a rental property in London can be a daunting task, particularly with our specific requirements for a garden and pet-friendly property. After several viewings with various letting agencies, our experience with Horton and Garton stood out as the best by far.
Shiyane was exceptionally friendly and professional, consistently keeping us informed, even going above and beyond by updating us on a Friday evening after working hours when we made an offer. Her dedication and communication were truly commendable.
Fahim, one of the best agents we encountered, also went the extra mile. He extended his working hours to accommodate our viewing, never rushing through the process. Fahim answered all our questions honestly and gave us his undivided attention, making the experience pleasant and informative.
Unfortunately, the landlord accepted another offer, and we have now found a property elsewhere. However, in the future, Horton and Garton will definitely be our first choice when searching for a property.

During my search I was struggling to find properties I liked/properties that aligned with what I was looking for. Throughout my search I dealt with multiple agencies, but Horton & Garten came out as clear winners, more specifically Shiyane’s help.
From day 1 she communicated with me on a very personal level, while also ensuring all my needs were met .
After going to a viewing from her I wasn’t keen on the property and communicated that. Instead of shrugging it off and moving on, she continued to work with me until she eventually showed me my now flat (which is incredible)
Throughout the process she listened to my needs and showed a genuine interest for what I wanted. Even up until the very end of the ordeal when we signed the contract.
Couldn’t recommend the company or Shiyane enough!
