GoogleI would like to highly recommend working with Horton & Garton. We first met Louise over two years ago when we were house hunting. She was really easy to talk to and we immediately had a lovely rapport. It can be a bit weird wandering around someone else’s house but she makes it all feel very comfortable! We eventually did find our home and we still see Louise in the area showing others around. We always get a wave! In fact, she has become a great support in advising us on our rental property. Importantly, she brings other experts in to help and we have also had some great rental advice from her colleague, Aggie. It can sometimes feel overwhelming but they are great at summarising everything on email for you to refer to afterwards. They have certainly helped find a landlord rental outcome that works really well for us and they did it whilst also having friendly chat and a few laughs. Who better to show you around other people’s houses?!

GoogleJohn and his team are an amazing bunch of professionals! They guide us through a difficult process of decision making. Everybody involved shared their in-depth knowledge of the area and sale process. That allowed us to make all the right decisions. Due to the situation we were in, the sale process was lengthy. None of that made Horton & Garton team work any less. First sale fell through (due to circumstances out of our control). The Team found the second buyer promptly. House was sold for almost 12% more than the first buyer’s offer and almost 19% more than the asking price! Tremendous success!
