GoogleI have been in touch with Charlotte for over 12 months now. She would check in with me periodically to see whether my situation had changed and yes. As of December 2025 i am looking forward to working with Homewise to help me secure my next home. They are so lovely to talk to , they are never pushy and they have so much empathy for your needs . From the start of our move from East Preston to Devon, everyone in the Office has beenr theso kind and helpful .. especially Rhonda and latterly when things became difficult Sean. We felt we always had a contact and as we had to sell and move inwith our relations temporarily time was so important to us. It now looks as if we are able to move into our new flat quite soon. Thank you to everyone at Homewise .. we can thoroughly recommend them.

I would not recommend this landlord or organisation based on my experience. When we moved in, the property was not prepared as promised, and many serious issues required attention immediately. Despite raising these concerns, the landlord did not respond to complaints or engage in any meaningful dialogue to resolve them. Additionally, outstanding bills from before our tenancy had not been cleared, which caused further complications and debt collectors. Communication was poor throughout, and key assurances made to us were not followed through. Based on this, I would not buy or rent a property from this organisation, as I found their approach unprofessional, unreliable and unethical.
