GoogleMy house is SOLD (stc) all within 2 weeks from the first viewing; Meggie Calder deserves a special mention for her enthusiasm, attention to detail, knowledge of the market and due processes, and all with a caring and sharing attitude :) The whole team at Long Eaton provide a very professional approach, and always make you feel welcome and nothing was too much bother! Chris Banting started the whole ‘welcome to HoldenCopley’ and I’m very pleased I went with his advice and direction, so now I’m in the hands of the Progression Team (Sheryl Parker) which is a new experience for me, and I’m looking forward to being guided through a smooth transition with a soonest completion and formal sale! UPDATE (15/12/2022) well I wasn't disappointed!! Some 10 weeks later and the contract has been signed/sealed/delivered; Sheryl was brilliant in communicating with all parties and getting this over the line in such a speedy and efficient manner, especially in the current climate! Much kudos and thanks to Sheryl and the whole team... Great Customer Service all the way through Thank You All

GoogleWe are very impressed with Holden Copley. We sold in a week and the communication has been excellent throughout the process. Esther in the office, and Liam on viewings have been fabulous, and from the first appointment to value our property (Chris) the service has been organised, efficient and professional (and speedy too!) So far, given the location of my house and the current market, they have done a wonderful job at getting viewings booked in and keeping me informed of any feedback. Special mentions to Esther, Laura and Sammy - all lovely and brilliant at their jobs! I have also bought a property through Holden Copley, and again, brilliant service! Would definitely recommend Holden Copley to anyone, buying or selling!

GoogleI rang to view a property to told they are waiting on the sellers to confirm then to call them back 3 time's to still be told waiting on sellers all I kept getting I will pencil this time in false hopes . I asked them to call me back to confirm still nothing waited a week to then go online for it to say sold subject to contract. So frustrating wouldn't use them if I saw another property I liked very unprofessional. 😡😡

GoogleI've just purchased my first property with Holden Copley and I have been really pleased with the service I have received. The whole buying process was really quite easy with holden copley. Staff are very friendly and communication is excellent. Lianna would email regularly to check in with the purchase and was a great in between my vendor and myself. I would definitely use again for any future purchases or selling.
