GoogleWe had a really good experience with Holden Copley selling our house, every person we worked with from Chris (Senior Valuer), Lauren (Head Photographer) and Karen (Senior Sales Progressor) were great. It is worth highlighting Laura (Senior Sales Negotiator) who is the sole reason we chose to use Holden Copley. Her greeting when we first went in the West Bridgford branch was professional, welcoming and friendly and far more impressive than other rival agencies we'd been to that same day. We knew from that moment that we would pick Holden Copley to sell our house. Laura continued to be fantastic throughout the process of booking viewings, reviewing offers and even witnessing our Solicitor's documents. It was also fantastic that within 90 minutes of going on Rightmove, we were contacted with 12 booked viewings, then two days later had a further 12 viewings booked. I am sure this is testament to the waiting list of potential buyers that HC have. All in all, a great Estate Agent who I would always (and already have) recommend.

GoogleWe have bought and sold a house with Holden Copley. They are EXCELLENT to deal with. Very Professional and help you all the way. They were great from the valuation of the house for sale, the preparation of an excellent brochure, the marketing, viewing and then guiding through the Solicitors process. Even on the completion/ exchange day they were there to help. ALL the team were helpful and lovely to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for them. GoogleVery impressed. Even though I'm not their direct client (they are working for the vendors who I'm buying the house from), their professionalism and helpful attitude has taken a lot of the stress out of the process for me. They've been really quick to respond to any queries, knowledgeable and friendly. Refreshingly straight answers to any questions, with no "spin" or stalling. Most of my dealings so far have been with Samantha, who has been fantastic throughout.
