GoogleWon't answer the phone. Were good for one week but now wont answer the phone. When we did get through to arrange viewings they just didn't actually arrange them.

GoogleWe expected the sale of what has been the families home for a lifetime to be a difficult process, but HoldenCopley have made it trouble free and straight forward. From the valuation, photos, and presentation of the details, to the arrangements for the many viewings and the advice over which offers to choose, we have been impressed by the organisation and efficiency of the team from the Long Eaton office. Just 4 weeks from their visit to value the cottage until it was sold subject to contract. Very impressive! A big thank you to all the staff. We have no hesitation in recommending HoldenCopley to any prospective seller.

GoogleI had a viewing with Holden Copley and their agent Josh Mohtady met me at the property. I got a reminder text & email with the complete addres, prior to the viewing, so it was easy to find the location. At the property, Josh contacted me on time and showed me around. Although the property didn’t meet my specifications, Josh still v kindly helped changed settings on my Rightmove app. Thank you for the kindness & help.

GoogleWanted to share our experience with Holden & Copley as estate agents acting on the recent sale of our property. They have been extremely professional. The property was not initially in a great condition; however, they were able to take reasonable photos in order to advertise the property whilst remedial work was undertaken. This generated quite a large amount of interest resulting in a several viewings; one slight negative at this point; perhaps some of the viewers were not in a ready state to purchase, so perhaps a little more vetting of viewers would have helped. That said, we would like to say how impressed we were with Rebekah Harriman, we were unable to accept initial offers, but she understood our situation and preserved with both purchaser and us until a mutually acceptable offer was received - she deserves a sainthood as this is not an easy task. We would also like to thank Georgina Argyle who liaised between purchaser, vendor (us), and solicitors on both side of the fence; at times it become quite fraught for all parties, but she too was quite tenacious and helped us to reach the end goal. We would have no hesitation in recommending Holden & Copley to our friends and family. Thanks also to Darbi, Maria, Amy the list goes on - Thank you everyone.

GoogleIt's still early days with regards to buying my first home but so far my experience with Holden Copley has been excellent. I have mainly been working with Esta. We was able to view the property early. All communication has been swift both e-mail and telephone. I would definitely recommend them To buy and sell your properties.
