GoogleI have just brought my first property and have found them to be very helpful, professional and great with communication. I dealt mostly with Jasmine who was all of the above. However i was left slightly deflated on collecting the keys to my first home, i wasnt expecting ticker tape and a brass band or anything just a little more than a white envelope with the keys in and a here you go, not even an enjoy your new home, just a look of is there anything else…. At the end of the day its just business to them and mine had ended with that sale.

GoogleHolden Copley have managed the selling of our home and the buying of another exceptionally, while it is not finalised just yet, the service received has been great. We were recently showed round a house by Josh M who’s customer service was incredible. He talked us through the property, answered all of our questions and couldn’t do enough. His manner was friendly but professional and we was really impressed. Thank you!

GoogleI was concerned when I had to put my mother's house up for sale as I live in America but HoldenCopley certainly gave me nothing to worry about. The communication with Esther, Samantha and Laura was fantastic despite the time difference. It took only a few days from putting the house on the market to showing it to advising me on offers received. It sold for more than expected!!!

GoogleHaving bought and sold a number of properties in the past I can honestly say this was my best experience by far with an estate agent. The initial appraisal of the property was friendly, professional and I felt the price strategy was well thought out. Communication is excellent, the quality of photos and the way the home was marketed was superb and the viewings managed professionally. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone thinking about buying or selling their home.

GoogleVery unprofessional No one showed up for the two viewings we had booked with them, they couldn’t even bother to call us and cancel. We were ready to pay 10k more than the offer they received a day before our 1st scheduled viewing but again they were not interested so I doubt they want the best for the sellers

GoogleWe are buying our house through these estate agents and we have found them to be very knowledgeable, very obliging and really easy to get on with. There is no hard sell and we never felt hassled or hurried. We ended up speaking to all in the office and they were all lovely but a special mention to Emma Baxter who went above and beyond to help us and was incredibly patient with two non tech savvy buyers. GoogleHolden Copley were excellent in marketing my parents' property in Stanton-on-the-Wolds. They explained their valuation fully and worked brilliantly at arranging a number of viewings. The interior photographs, aerial pictures and 3D walk around were of the highest quality and whenever I wanted advice or updates someone was always ready to take my calls, with full knowledge of progress made towards the sale. I would recommend Holden Copley most highly to anyone wishing to sell a property.

GoogleThey provided great service for my house sale, were very easy to deal with, upfront with their intentions of how to progress and I had no problems trusting their knowledge and expertise. They gave advice when it was needed/ asked, kept me up to date with progress from the buyer and the after sale service has been just as great. I never needed to chase anything as they kept me in the loop and they liaised very well with everyone involved in the chain. Customer service was very important for me when choosing which estate agents to act on my behalf and I am glad I chose them and they exceeded my expectations with the final house price. My house sale went through very smoothly and I believe Holden Copley had a big part to play in that.

As a cash in hand buyer tried to view two houses with this company. One viewing went as arranged, second was put off by agent for 8 days despite me saying i urgently wanted to make decision. After the first house viewed i tried to contact by telephone the rep who had showed me around to make an offer. I was told they had been emailed to get back to me. They never did. I tried calling again and the voice message said due to staff training no sales team were available today. I subsequently viewed adifferent house with another company, made an offer which was accepted. Then Holden Copley finally sent me an appointment to view the second house by text which I immediately cancelled by replying. They subsequently sent me another text the next day confirming viewing again and a phone call by which time i finally lost my composure and told them what i shower i thought they were.I have bought and sold several houses over the years and never experienced such poor customer service.

GoogleInitially the service was great, just like the beginning of a relationship, whenever we needed it we were attended to immediately. After completing the mortgage, it seems that the service has changed, my wife and I called several times, no one answered the phone, after several attempts we managed to speak with the attendant, but the person who actually dealt with the whole process could not speak and we were informed that he was busy. My indignation was that she spent 4 days busy without giving us a return, not even answering a call and spending 5 minutes. When picking up the key at the office, I insisted on not even meeting the person we dealt with throughout the process. A simple attention detail left 6 months of work with a not very good evaluation.
