FacebookAbsolutely brilliant. I cannot thank you enough, I have never sold a house before and you made it so easy. In comparison Haarts who I purchased my new house through were abysmal and I will never use them again! If you want a good service from people who keep in touch and explaine and do everything they say they will then this is definitely the one for you. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

FacebookWe had two houses to sell and came across Holden Copley when we looked at one of their properties. We were so impressed with their knowledge, approach and genuine attitude to helping us get the move we wanted that we decided that we would use them to sell our properties. With a week we had interest. Their developer contacts meant we were able to sell one property really quickly with no hassle and for a fair price. With the second house they contacted the right people to suit the property which meant we weren't wasting time with viewings that wouldn't come to fruition. All in all both Matt and Steve have done an outstanding job for us and have given our family the opportunity to move into the house we have wanted for years making the entire process easy and fuss free. If you are looking to buy or sell a property then speak to these guys now as you'll just be wasting your time with any others!

FacebookRecently purchased a property through Holden and Copley, I dealt mainly with Steve who was exceptionally customer focused and knowledgeable, he supported me in every part of this process. The purchase had its ups and downs but Steve remained professional and kept any promises made. When things started to stall Steve was in regular contact with me to put my mind at ease and kept me updated with all changes/progressions, this meant he had to work closely with the vendor, solicitors and other estate agents to ensure that my requirements were met, my purchase went through on time and I was a happy customer. I would highly recommend Holden and Copley to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property, I for one will definitely be using them again in the future.Thank you Holden and Copley.

FacebookLovely looking properties, but terrible grammar in the ads. "Drop your bags off your home" should be "...you're home." Plus the request for CVs in the window says "CV's". Better grammar and punctuation would make the place look more professional and invite me to look closer at their properties on offer.
