if you want to sell your property don't even think to go to this agency,they will sell your property for less money then you could sell it for with someone else.I made an offer for the house but someone else made a higher offer and the agency didn't even bother to call me and ask me if I want to increase my offer and sold the house to someone else even I could offer more!

HoldenCopley were fantastic. They came round to value our house, we were pleased with the figure it was valued at so we agreed to market it. We had viewings booked in before it officially went on the market & it sold within 4 days. All the staff are great & couldn't do enough to help us. Towards the end, it got a bit tricky (no fault of the agent!) but they pushed & tried their best to sort things out as quickly as possible to get us moved. Would totally recommend to anyone! Thank you!

HoldenCopley have been fully managing our property for nearly a year now and they are truly a breath of fresh air. The staff is very approachable - I usually talk to Kimberley who is very helpful. They found the right tenant within 2 weeks or so and now the property is inspected regularly and maintained very well. We have always found their service to be first class. It is lovely watching them grow... testament to the good work they do.

Absolute delight to be apart of with regards to the searching, availability of staff to arrange viewings, great customer service, always a pleasure to speak to, although the property that i went for in the end was with another estate agent, i can't fault the service that HoldenCopley give, would highly recommend dealing with them! :)
