I have made a successful offer for a property sold by Holden Copley, in West Bridgeford. The Team there have been excellent, and Lucy in particular did everything she could to help me and make the process as easy as possible. I could not have asked for more in terms of communication, rapid responses to my queries, accuracy of information, and a clear desire to help me secure the property in any way they can. A really great experience so far, and I imagine they would be great from a Seller's perspective as well. Just to close out this review now that I have completed and taken ownership of the property, I would like to add that the entire process from a Buyer's standpoint has been stress free. Right up to the day of Completion, Lianna in Sales Progression, kept me posted and did a fantastic job of interfacing between myself and the Sellers. Lianna was on top of everything, and really made things easy for me from small details like helping me form a list of questions for the Sellers that would help me once I moved in, to the bigger topic of when we would be ready to Complete. In closing I have no hesitation at all to give the entire Team at Holden Copley in West Bridgford the best review possible, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Well done !

I used Holden Copley to sell my house just before Christmas. It was definitely a 5 star service from the start. They put my house on the market for a realistic and higher price compared to other estate agents. Despite the current climate the house sold in less than 4 months, the offer was made by the buyer within a couple of weeks of the house being on the market. Feedback was given for all viewings, I never had to chase this. Special mention to Josie Plestor who managed the sale and did a good job keeping me informed and up to date and ensuring a smooth process. I would definitely recommend them.

Incredible service! Josh showed us around a property yesterday, and it was by far our best ever experience viewing a house (of more than 30 viewings this year with a number of different agents from the Wollaton/ Bramcote/Beeston area). Josh clearly went above and beyond with his knowledge of the property, and was able to answer almost all of our questions there and then. The few questions he couldn't answer he made a note of to pass back to their office.
