GoogleThe company and Sheryl have been really helpful every step of the way. Sheryl has always called me back when needed and always given us what ever help we have asked for. Sheryl has a really nice human touch so it does not feel like just a process that the company has to go through. Would us again and recommend.

GoogleI went for a viewing from Holdon Copley the other day after a couple of various other viewings. After previous experiences of viewings I was expecting a good quality 1-2-1 tour of the house and an 'any questions' section towards the end. It couldn't have been more different. I approached the property and saw the car of the estate agent already there. I thought oh this is great, they are nice and early and well prepared. As we approached the property I saw that the door was open and saw people inside, assuming that they were the current tenants. But as I approached closer to the door it became clear that they were viewing also. Alongside more other groups of people in the house also viewing (it wasn't even staggered times, it was a free for all by the looks of it). It wasn't even the estate agent that welcomed us in... it was in fact the other people viewing the house that said 'oh just come in and walk around its fine'. To my disbelief we had a walk around and were finally approached by the agent saying we could ask him any questions if need be but we were free to walk around alone (never mind asking who we were). I know this is a very personal experience and view on the matter but I don't believe that this was a very good viewing experience at all - especially with past viewings with other agents being friendly, 1-2-1 and fully explained tours of the house. Not a rat race around the property with your potential competition of getting the house. I understand this will be a potential selling technique (first come first serve kind of thing) and it was probably to save time and money... however for myself this technique didn't go down particularly well.

GoogleI rented a property from HoldenCopley for six months when I unexpectedly had to move out of my own property. They were friendly, efficient and fair throughout this process and kept me informed every step of the way. Lauren De'ath made a stressful time much easier. Viewings were conducted in a professional manner and they were extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend them. A big thank you to all of the team. A very happy tenant

GoogleFantastic...... from start to finish. House was valued and sold in just over 8 weeks!!! Both Matt and Steve are fantastic at what they do and they're clearly supported by an excellent team. Professional at all times, pro-active, knowledgeable and efficient. I was constantly updated on all progress and actually, having never sold a house before I felt really supported by these guys too. They really do take care of everything. Huge thank you to you all, and I wont hesitate in recommending you to others.

FacebookThe staff at Holden were very friendly and helpful particularly Cheryl. She was always cheerful and put my mind at ease when the sale of my house felt like it was never going to be complete. Didn't quite get what I wanted for my house BUT I guess that is the housing market these days and in the end was very pleased to of sold my home. Will definitely recommend and use HoldenCopley again. Keep up the good work Steve and Co!

GoogleFirst of all - Congratulations to Matt and Steve on the first birthday of HoldenCopley. This is the first time we've used HoldenCopley and we have been very happy with the service from the start. They have been very good at keeping us informed at all stages though out the process. The team of HoldenCopley is very friendly and always professional. Although HoldenCopley are new agents in this part of Nottingham but they have taken over the market like a storm as they give every customer their 110% and their approach is very human. We would certainly use HoldenCopley in future especially to find tenants for our rental properties and highly recommend them.

GoogleWe are a professional couple who rented a property let and managed by Holden Copley. They are the best estate agent we have used so far. We experience a personal and friendly service. Easy to report faults with the property and they are quick to communicate back with you. The tenancy fee is well worth it considering the level of customer service and we haven't encountered any other hidden fees like we have with other agencies. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to rent in the area.

We cannot praise them enough.The staff are all professional, courteous, friendly, honest and highly efficient and always got back to us keeping us informed of our house sale.Even more so they were pivotal in holding the sale together liaising between buyers, us, surveyors and solicitors. They made sure nothing was left to chance.
